I am applying for the main raid.

Personal Info:
For those who don't know me my name is Gavin. I am 26 and live in Bristol but originally from Scotland. I work in finance which there isn't much interesting I can say about
Class/Spec:
I am not sure what class I wish to raid with in BFA and I am open to playing whatever the guild thinks it will need. I have played almost every class/spec at some point from TBC-Legion. I have been having fun on my prot warrior so I am open to that if a tank will be required however I doubt Shimmar would be too keen on that idea xD

Alts:
Current have hunter, shaman, rogue, mage, warrior, monk and lock at 110. Priest, druid and DH between 100 and 110.
Professions:
Various throughout my alts. Usually try have a spread so I can make most things myself
Raiding Experience:
Raided most content some of which was 4 nights progression but found 2 days of focused 4 hour raids with IE to be the best balance
Previous Guilds:
Conquest - Social guild with no focus for raid progression
Failed Experiment - Tutan poached me
Availability:
I have a new job in work which should give me a lot more balance to my schedule with a reduced amount of travel. I expect I will be available most nights from 6pm GMT
Communication:
Yes
Computer / Connection:
Steady connection, usually 70-80 fps and 20-30 ms in raids

Most of my UI's follow the same basic format regarding bars. Depending on the class and what I need to track I may use tmw to track cd's or in other cases such as prot warrior I use WA (which I did not create)
Other Games:
Overwatch and Dota mostly
Why Iron Edge?
Best balance I have found to date between social and raiding. Even though I have not been in the raid I have still been around on alts/discord at various times.
As mentioned, I previously raided with the main raid and quit mid NH mythic progression. I actually rage quit on Spellblade after a 1% wipe if I remember it correctly. I had been working a lot and under quite a bit of pressure so came in to the raid in a bad mood. People ignoring mechanics and costing us the kill triggered me and I called time on WoW midraid. Rage quitting is unacceptable and for those who were in the raid and missed my apology I apologize now for the rage quit.
What can I offer Iron Edge?
I believe I usually perform well in raids and am tactically sound on them

You might do it again, if your reason was people not following mechanics (you should see us on Argus). If that's all you need to quit on the guild, then I'm worried.

It is a fair point Fab however I think the ragequit was more to do with my frame of mind at the time and not the wipe itself. I have sat through countless wipes in IE and throughout my WoW 'career' and this was my first rage quit so it is not a pattern.

I am more than happy to have you back in the raid for BfA. Many of us has gotten to know you through raid and know this was not typical behaviour coming from you. If only you weren't another goddamn MAIL user, you prick.

Thanks Moon/Tutu/Vivi and Randy. I am open to playing anything in BFA so if you want me on something expect hunter let me know and I will prep it for raid
