I main fire (735ivl) but also have arcane (738ilvl) off spec if needed.

probably the best way to show i know my class is by running you through a usual pull.
My single target rotation for getting mist dps out of ring;
-Prepot at 4
- Precast Pyroblast at 4 (it's a must now, as you might have a chance to summon T18 2-piece phoenix which gives you 6% haste and damage)
- get heating up and a pyro proc (as fast as you can).
- place your crystal down near boss
-After putting down the Crystal
Fireball -> Pyroblast -> Fireball -> Pyroblast -> Pyroblast -> Pyroblast -> Combustion -> Inferno Blast -> Dragon's Breath w/ Cold Snap -> Dragon's Breath -> Blastwave -> Blastwave
If you don't have TW/BL
- Fireball -> Pyroblast -> Pyroblast -> Pyroblast -> Combustion -> Inferno Blast -> Dragon's Breath w/ Cold Snap -> Dragon's Breath -> Blastwave -> Blastwave
If you want to open with a high combustion
-get your procs
-place your crystal down
-Fireball - pyro - fireball - pyro - pyro - inferno blast - start running toward crystal as soon as you press inferno blast - pyro - pyro - combustion while running in. then spam some dragons breaths if you want or inferno blasts
Also taking the counter spell glyph is a good way to force trinket procs if you have bad rng like me
