Just returned to wow after 2 years mia. Just looking for some friendly faces that i used to know and probably some that still thinks im an ass which is understandable and totally okay rash!

Im just feeling the waters and see what people say, and i wanna state is just as casual. Wont be returning to raid at all. at most some casual pugs ect.

Ahh the huntard that raged and left before we got to mythic highmaul to go hardcore raiding.

Your app even for a social sucks so hard, maybe if you put more than just iron edge as prev guilds as you left pretty shitty during wod highmaul to go to some hardcore mythic raiding. If you hadn’t done that maybe you’d get the backing from important decision makers alas Rash and grax.

I’ll say it again though 2 years may seem like a long time but if the leadership structure hasn’t your chances were always slim to none anyway, unluckily for you that hasn’t changed too much since you left us at the drop of a hat. Your effort suggests you haven’t changed and you assume everyone remembers you, the roster and members has changed considerably since you was here and your laziness and expectancy on being accepted has caught you with your pants round your ankles.

Had an opportunity to go to a guild who had higher goals for raiding and had a better fit for me at the time. I grew tired of the same old people making the same old mistakes time and time again and with no recruitments coming in to improve i felt i nessasary to move on. Dick move perhaps looking back at it. I am selfish i know that. But seems like people took it personal and that i cant fix.

Anyways ill keep this open to see what other people think, but looks like ill be going else where

so Nubby, your goals changed, but if i was to ask there gm or raid leader what would they say about you, would it be good or bad, or indifferent, you left this guild previously?  how would you describe your ability to communicate?, how would you consider your influence skills, really keen to understand what you can offer now compared to previous or lessons learnt, as i dont know you at all so dont take it as a interview its more of a "who you are" ?

I read your application as a ex iron edger and  if i am honest to be a iron edger is very exclusive so similar why IE again, why those colours why us, why no one else, how we float your big boat, pls expand....


not to mention your application is slightly, actually complete lacking effort, so while you write your answer to the above questions think about your effort to apply, and I dont have a direct view to that raid team, and I didnt know during your "ninja" situ that I hear but what I would say ppl like that I read between the lines finds basic principles that normally a mother provides difficult! so I would be very much like to understand your basic principles to understand you and your dragged up principles better, so we can consider this application with a seriousness that you lacked to apply when you re-applied, but on all seriousness I would wish you the best in your application and re-attempt to apply again so all in the community of IE can review and provide feedback. good luck, Paul
