Also, I've concluded that the gems appearing as gray in my post is only a result of allakhazam slacking, as they appear on wowhead.com

Rerolled JC today and I now have 375 skill. I can make all the rep based epic gems, and the [wowitem]Hard Khorium Band[/wowitem].
Can also make all the outlands reputation requied meta gems, etc. Powerleveled JC'ing, so I don't have any BoE patterns. At all.
