For some reason I can't share my batoto follow list ._.
Either way, I read far too much Manga and have far too much shit to share, so I'll have to make a recap or something when I get home from work, as it'll take quite some time.

I can also recommend Eyeshield 21, anything drawn by Naoki Urasawa (Monster, 20th Century Boys, Billy Bat and my all time favourite manga, Pluto) and just read any oneshot you can get your hands on.
Oneshots are very often worth the invested time.
I wish this list was even close to a tenth of everything I've read and liked, I'll have to do some digging some day when I can be arsed, but it should last you a while.
Also, www.batoto.net is a really good site for reading, as you can follow mangas and get notified when there's updates from that particular manga, they also work very hard on making sure the scanlators get the cred they deserve and even some economical compensation.
Hmm, what else to add...
Oh yeah, Japanese people fucking suck horrible horsecocks at naming things, so don't be discouraged to read mangas based on the name (for example, Masturbation Master Kurosawa being one of the better reads I've done, and Molester Man being one of the nicest lovestories I've read aswell). And the opposite of that aswell, sometimes really horrishit stuff gets great names.
Edit: Oh yeah, common mistake is to get stuck in some kind of manga/anime mindset and completely disregard western comics, this is not recommended.
If you haven't already, read Hellboy, Deadpool, Spawn and such to start out with, there are also several other good series that aren't quite as heavy as shouldering the entire Marvel/DC comic universe to start with.
