Post by: Destro on August 09, 2010, 07:53:52 am: Didnt even know they had made a Tekken movie! Decided to give it a watch as i loved the games.

Couple of cool fight scenes and some signature moves from the game, also a seriously hot chick with a VERY scantily clad outfit.

Acting was absolutely shit in my opinion, i felt like i was watching some cheesey dragon ball Z episode but with people, although i think if you were a fan of the game it definately deserves a watch. (Even if you only watch it for the smoking hottie its worth your time)

And as you say some cool fight scenes with HOT CHICKS! :D But i mean if you played the game, any game you know how the movie will go.

Being a Video Game to Movie its quite good, but far from OMG amazing :P

Post by: Inphy on August 09, 2010, 10:36:43 am: I turned it off halfway through the movie. It's just horrible. Even if you played the game, which I did, it's still shit. The fights are boring, even the chickfight. And the story is lame, the actors can't act.

2/10.

And the streetfighter movie was full of win ;( It had Kylie Minogue!

Mortal Kombat rebirth will be ace, has michael jai white and Scott adkins in it, you cant go wrong with that combination.

Streetfighter looks cheap as fuck on the teaser thing i saw, outfits looked crap, but the guy they got to play Ken is PERFECT, looks just like him, however the same guy from tekken is playing Ryu and i dont think he looks the part, i always thought the guy from never back down would be an awesome Ryu.

EDIT: Took a prnt scrn of a never back down trailer.

He would be a perfect Ryu, even got the stance down and everything, give him a thin red bandana and his white karate outfit and hes game.

What SF are you talking about? He cant be in the SF from 94 and Ryu isnt even in the SF from last year, so what SF are you talking about ?

But yeah, not seen the chunli film but read a liveblog of it and this and that and it sounds utterly awful for anyone fan or not.
