Can anyone make this item? Does it still exist? I am thinking of it as a MH for my mage alt. Its seems pretty nice and not loads of unreasonable materials really.

Either Olan or Kragh had the recipe. I don't know if it made it to a guild blacksmith or not.

Proxyles has the recipe on his alt char, so best would be if you could catch him online =)
