Destro was one of the better raiders we had, i cared little for what was said in that stupid thread and would like to forget about it. I believe he's changed his attitude and that's why i accepted him, and for the fact that i like him :P

Thx god this isn't a guild about the community as a whole, based around a group of individuals that wish to play games together under respectful circumstances - instead a super hardcore guild where result > manners.

Well from that perspective the only people i had problems with in the guild were B raiders, not all the A raiders were best buddies with me but i never got into flame wars with any of them.

We need people like destro in A-team, bad mannered or not. You can simply ignore him if you wish, I'm sure the community will not suffer about it. Also people tend change. I hope destro will be more respectfull in future, if not, too bad.

You did leave bad blood, A or B raider doesn't matter, they're still guildies. Turks and Germans alike.
I mean - to just invite you again like that is taking a total piss on anyone who is still in the guild and got shat on by you and I seriously consider it quite disrespectful to totally steamroll other peoples opinions because you have the rank to invite.
Just stating, I personally don't have any beef with you, but you did leave in quite an unsightly manner and to just skip right into the guild again just because you happen to be friend with your former (and current, I guess) CL just doesn't look good at all.

Aye and the time I did come back after I left in a shitty manner (which btw, wasn't anywhere close to how horrible Destros departure was), I had to do it groveling and guildies who got hurt in the ego driveby had a chance to voice their opinion before superfriendcarding and stealth invite me.
Again, I'm not even discussing whether or not Destro should be invited
I just think it's fucking underhanded to just use the "my friend is a CL ololol" card when the departure of earlier said DK left alot of bad blood.
IE hasn't survived this long because we have superawesome results, we've survived because we're a bunch of friendly superawesome people.

Personally I wouldn't mind Destro back in the guild, but I have a very thick shell and because I genuinely believe that I am better than everyone else, nothing really gets to me.
But whatever, if the guild feels like he's only trouble, then I'm not gonna be the one paving his way back in.

Im actually very surprised by how much i have offended people, considering you guys all act like your hard as steel and nothing bothers you, your pretty butthurt right now... Ill leave it so intrinsic can avoid getting shit from all this whining. I have 3 other accepted apps to other guilds anyway, just need to find out if 1 of the guilds DK is defo rerolling in cata so i can take the 2nd spot, if not ill check progress and join the other 2. Apologising for your thread might have been a start, even if you didn't mean it. Considering you didn't, and from your other posts on this thread, I don't see that you've changed much.
And yes, Intrinsic should have waited for responses to the thread before inviting him. We normally wait at least 24 hours in case this sort of thing happens. Bad Intrinsic!
Oh, and we already recruited another DK.
Edit: Intrinsic didn't actually invite him, it seems, but still, should have waited before accepting the application.

Just to clarify, Destro wasn't invited after Intrinsic 'accepted' him.
_All_ applications stand for at least 24 hours before someone is invited to the guild. Often times people are invited to the raid, but never the guild -- not before people have had a chance to respond.
Nach and Grilly -- don't be too dramatic. You can say what you want to say without blowing things out of proportion. Remember you are both just single members of the guild, too -- your opinions shouldn't be more important than anyone else's. State your point and move on.
Destro -- the purpose of this application was to see whether you actually WANT to be in the community -- and whether you can respect your guild mates, irrespective of nationality, beliefs, lifestyles and so on.
I think it's now fairly obvious how you feel about both of those topics.
Good luck in one of those other guilds. Make sure you tell them that you'll be leaving in August -- be honest, be a man!

say 1-2 posts in it however! Perry is a pretty good m8 of mine and i feel almost
obligated to say sumthing here. Starting with the "not-so-good" part.
Perry the way u left the guild was imo still ok. You were under the impression
that you were going to go soon anyway and when u left , u had appologized. That was still fine.
Now you make an app to rejoin the guild (which i liked cause ,lets face it , he is fucking good at what he does)
AND THEN WHEN YOU GET THE OBVIOUS HATE TALK TOWARD YOU DECIDE TO FLAME THEM BACK!!!!!

you there would be sum flamers , i told u that the community doesn't work that way ,
but i Also told u IE has a revolving door. Like almost anyone who leaves could come

to do was bite down a bit and then a few months down the line smooth sailing again.
Grill , i think merely picked up were he left off , i think nach was just doing what
nach does , that agravates the people he writes to sumtimes , but thier opinions
are just 2 opinions. There are SO many more that woulda rather had you back and even
if the ones that dont like you decide not to mingle with you , who cares ,IE is a
pretty big place.
What im trying to say is , i think you behaved badly towards Grilly just now and
grill responded appropriatly in defence but that he tried to flame u and thats all
good and well but shounlnt have gone and posted the broken door part.
You might have sealed your deal with another guild already and things will probably
be great there , but if you feel like embracing sum humiliation (and dont get pulled
into B-raider arguments and Co.) then i still would like you to be a part of our team
