Definitely worth a watch.  Well acted, good script.  Probably one of the better films I've seen recently.  And hey, any film with Morgan Freemen deserves a watch.

That movie was a bit odd. Very drab and dragging along, and the plot twist in the end was kinda farfetched and "wtf". Also, I have seen it ~2 weeks ago and already completely forgot about it (had to check IMDB to recall what it was about).
