As I said, Koen is a great guy, always had a blast with him. He looks like a scrub on the outside, but to be honest he is one of the best and most dedicated player I have ever know. I would seriously have recommended him to the Hardcore raid, but being married and all he's going casual and I don't blame him.
But seriously, take him in, he won't let you down!

What professions do you have and why? Any cool/special recipes?

Are you proficient in english? Do you have Discord and can you listen? Do you have a microphone and do you use it?
