Sadly I think we have a good amount of resto druids and neither your gear or your experience are impressive in 25man.

You havent cleared 25man normal and we only have LK heroic left.

As it was said before we have a good amount of resto druids at the moment, we also have boomkins/kittys that have better geared offspecs than you (not an insult). But we do only have LK HC left to kill so you're a bit behind on progress, although your app is okay (could have had a little more filler). I'd wait to see what yoica/hugman say before jumping to any conclusions though.

Okey, so... Wtf is with you guys? This isnt OK application, its weak application. Second of all his gear is medicore AT best. You have one profession, LW at 270, no second profession at all.

And this is like i dont even know what. You join a guild to contribute to raids, if you want epics ride you pay for a boost.

i think your expectations for this B group are way off, we're at 11/12 ICC hc, clearing the instance every week

the apply was quite weak, your experience is WAY too low and your gear is mediocre,

not to mention we have enough resto druids, and our boomkins have better offset gear/xp than you do.

Most things have been said and i do agree with narw and Cinn.
This is by far not an "ok" application, unless we want to de-grade our own b-raid team to what is like d-team.. As stated 1 one profession only and not even max'd out:BAD.
And i wouldn't call the experience mediocre more like non-existent.

Even if its grilly, archz and who else it might be, he should have put more effort in the application if he really wanted to join the forces. Also atleast writing in the app. who it is, instead of just i got a "real-life friend" in the guild, too much lack of info.

The raid doesn't exist to get you gear.  The gear exists to help the raid.  If you don't have the gear (and experience) to help the raid, u can't be part of it.  It's not a hard concept
