To get into the flow of raiding 10/25 raids and enjoying.And i want too help with a progress.
What can I offer to Iron Edge?
I don't want to give you bullshit about imba heal i can offer you a solid raider who attends raids on time prepaired and willing to wipe on the new content to finally down the bosses .

are direct copy/paste and a lot of other similarities as well. You previous app was a lot better but one does wonder how original it was.

If you do have alot of problems with english maybe this is not the guild for you.. If typing english in long and complicated sentences perhaps you could have a talk with cojche or mycro ingame and they could take the time to speak for you. As the people before you have said the application as it is now is abit to weak

The guy I pugged toc 10 Heroic Tribute to mad skill with, would have been insanity but a ravenous mage chose to iceblock the spikes....
Whilst you did seem to be very good at keeping the tanks up allowing me to handle the cold, you did some odd stuff. Like in 10 man normal you kept beacon on offtank in p3 (when he wasnt tanking anything?) And you had a relic for holy light but used flashes quite a bit too :| when only tank healing.
Also it was fairly difficult to communicate with you, as this app shows that might be a problem for you.
Top job at keeping tanks alive, but if you are unable to communicate in English then a guild which is lead by English speaking raid leaders is probably not ideal.

Well first off, fail app, not nearly long enough, even for the B raid standars.
I have no idea how good he is at healing, i checked his armory and his gear is alright, he might wana re-work some talents for a bit more crit maybe, and some glyphs, but in the end is his choice.
But yeah the main problems are the language and the very weak app.
