Hello, Iron Edge!

Personal Info:
Hi I am Shyft, known as Cristian when I'm not playing World of Warcraft. I live in Romania, and I'm 22 years old.
Class/Spec:

I am using Retribution and protection spec. I prefer Retribution as a Raiding spec because I have the most confidence on it. But if the raiding team needs a tank, than I can change specs.
Professions:
At the moment I have Blacksmithing and Mining, this is a plate armor character and i think wod blacksmith will have some incredible items recepies.
Raiding Experience:
I don't have any raiding experience because this is my first character I ever made. I did every Raid Finder, but I am a very quick learner.
Previous Guilds:
Night Is The New Day - it was a social guild and I've just played on Raid Finder and LFR.
Availability:
I am available at any time, I work from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 15:00 (server time).
Communication:
I speak English very well, and I have Team Speak 3, and I have a mic as well.
Computer / Connection:
My internet connection is very stable, I have a low ping connection to Kazzak, and my computer is dealing ok whit FPS, I have like 50-60 FPS in 25 man raids.
Other Games:
I play League of Legends with some friends
Why Iron Edge?
I want to join Iron Edge, because I was looking for a stable and raiding guild, and I have some friends in it.
What can I offer Iron Edge?
A social and helpful guy, who likes to enjoy the game, and I am willing to wipe for hours just for the guild progress.

Without wanting to overstep I'll keep my questions and comments strictly to the application.
Application is pretty much very basic information and gives no real incentive to look at you seriously.
As for the character, what are your stat priorities and dps rotation in both aoe and single target fights.
Would you change your talent trees to each fight to maximise output? And what glyphs would you want to use.
