Post by: Smorisha on August 17, 2007, 04:29:58 pm: As most of u know there is a solid amount of IE players that every night after raids yell some random words on vent, they are playing DotA!

Defend of the Ancients is a WC3 game mod for up to 10 players (5v5), goal is to destroy other teams main structure by progressing slowly into their base. Along the way there are many creeps to be slaughtered aswell as oposite faction heroes (fellow IE newbs from other side of map). There are several game options but I wouldn't go that far so u don't get confused.

You need original WC3 Reign of Chaos and The Frozen Throne CDs in order to play on Battlenet. We have a clan on US west server and u are more then welcome if u decide to join us in our after midnight ganking.

Please do come and join us. It's a great way to unwind after a raid. Nothing like only having a 5-man party, instead of 25... :)

So yeah, hang around after raids and join us on US West - Lordaeron.

Any skill level is good, but of course if you're new, it's best to bring another new player to go on the other side too!

But yeah, make sure you get WC3/TFT together... very cheap. About £10 in the UK I think.

Really great stuff to fill the time post raid, guaranteed laughs, cries (I specialise in that department ;)), drama and most of all a good way to wind down!

Also, our clan is SCEC: SUPER COOL ELITE CLUB. How can you NOT want to join that?! ;D

But I prefer it over arms for dps 'playstyle'. It's that whole thing of working much like the way an old train's mechanisms begin to get going, slowly at first, then ..
