Since i cant get on the IRC at work, ill post what I have been working on here. Its a spreadsheet for damage but unlike the other ones i have seen you can check the difference a new weapon or piece of gear would make to your dps. The only stat I have no idea if it works how I have set it up is bonus damage % which for example Demon hunters get from having a bow equipped with the correct talent. If anyone feels like they can add something to it, ill happily give edit permissions.

Yeh i saw a barb with over 100,000 dps.. basicly just poped Wrath and earthquake to dps shit fast.

But obviesly died all the time if the mobs didnt die in time

While this does work, the best places to gather neph in my opinion are the cave in the fields of misery and the cave in the highland pathway. Both caves have 2 or 3 elite mobs in and they both end in a resplendant chest. Then ofc jailor + butcher.

Endless fun. Highly recommended. Usually you have two minutes between every elite pack, so it works out fine. If not, they wait time is only a minute. Enjoy playing this over sword n' board any day.

Need to get my resists to 800 so I can do act 3-4 without pack skipping

Won't nerves of steel give you more armour than tough as nails? Other than that yeah, provided you have the gear much more fun to actually be able to kill things quickly instead of waiting to grow old

kawe: it doesn not, due to me not having that high vitality, so 25% of my armor from items outweighs 100% of my vitality which is around the 1k mark, where as my standard armor is around 5200 which gives me 1300 and more damage with thorns.

The reason why this is less effective , is cause you are looking for gaurantees and speed. Going to the fields means you need to search for your Elites not to mention search for the cave. Also the elites you fight there are more dangerous and you stand to die more often(Bad for clearing fast ofc). The crypts are gauranteed and fast kills and you dont need to search for them.

diablo down on normal hardcore. first playthrough so it was pretty intense. boss fights are alot cooler than D2. normal was still pretty easy though as expected.

i want to start teaming up for nightmare. i am also up for creating a new char (its best to start having a back-up now..) if anyone want to play hc. i play hardcore casually
