Hello there. I very recently rerolled from Prot paladin to Hunter. This was a few weeks ago. This will from now on be my main, and my prot paladin will now be my alt.
I came back after TOT release due to IRL stuff that had to be taken care off, that means - I haven't been very active. However im now lookin to raid again, and then especially 25 man raiding.
I have been playing since vanilla, altho i was mainly doing PVP.
During Cataclysm i decided to form my own guild, and i did. After making a core, we spent aproximately 2 weeks to clear both 8/8 Normal, and 8/8 heroic. So the guild was going well.
We kept farming this content, i was playing a high number of characters, according to what was needed at the time. That means rogue, resto shaman, Prot paladin.
The guild was still going strong into MOP release, and we cleared 14/14 pre nerf normal, and MSV 6/6 HC pre nerf. At this time i had to focus on school, and decided to have a long break. I came back a few weeks after TOT was released, about 5 -6 weeks. Ive only been casual raiding lately, and now have 12/12 normal experience + Jin Rokh and Ji kun heroic, bout 2 times on both heroics.
Im not gonna lie and tell you that i know my stuff perfectly, as im new to my role and im still trying to adjust to rotations, and getting used to the DPS aspect of the game, as ive mostly been tanking. But what i can tell you is that i will do my best to output propperly + im a quick learner, and i take this stuff seriously.
Well enough history i guess. Well and yes, my ilvl is 521, expected to be 522 once i get my valor stuff for this week.

We have quite a lot of hunters raiding, however considering the summer period and the fact that we as Hunters are imba regardless    I say MOAR hunters...

You should not be reforging into haste.

In order to benefit properly from haste stacking you need the legendary meta gem and 2 rppm trinkets. Until then crit stack all the way.

Also, any agi socket bonus is worth it.

I recently did the same thing and suffered heavy dps losses, I've been insanely unlucky with the drops for the meta gem
