Batman: The Dark Knight

Rawr, finally its out and ready to be watched.

I went to the cinema and watched it yesterday and I gotta say; it was frickin' awesome. Heath Ledger was really really awesome to watch throughout the movie, and watch everything he did as the Joker. I got scared several times (Just for a second!), and all in all I thought this was a pretty darn good movie. 10/10 from me, can't really find anything I didn't like in the movie, I gotta say.

Watched it yesterday, and it was amazing. The story of the movie is great. The whole right/wrong (choices) thing really worked out well and kept me interested the entire ~2.5 hours. And Heath Ledger, well, one of the best villains I've seen in a movie. I'm not saying that because he is dead (which I was afraid alot of people would do), but if you watch the movie you will know why (especially the scenes in the interrogation room, unbelievably well acted). He really freaked me out a couple of times.

Awesume movie indeed, and ofc the "Unstoppable force vs Unmovable Object" moved it into a truly legendary class!

Does this movie comes AFTER the last movie (batman forever from 2000?) or does it come after batman begins (2005)?  Or after the first movie from 1989? It can't find it anywhere. Some say it's after batman begins, but it doesn't make sense to me.

I want to know because im watching the first movies now, and I just want to make sure i get the whole story right when I go see the dark knight.

I really liked Batman Begins but I was a little disappointed with this one. Great characters and good action again though but nothing new really. 2.5 hrs worked great for me for the first movie but this was just 2.5 hrs of the same stuff again except the joker who was great.

Kind of what I felt after watching the last lotr movie. It wasnt that fun anymore.

Whoa, that was way better than I expected. Lots of fun. The last segment where everyone starts catching other people wasn't that much to my liking, as well as the TwoFace revenge. His introduction was great, but his revenge was a bit too banal for my taste. But everything else was pretty perfect.

Hmm, how did I miss this thread...
Really enjoyed this film - a great batman film. And yeah, Heath Ledger's joker was fantastic, terrible shame he won't be reprising the role.
