Hi IE! Hi guys and gals!
I've stopped playing WOW for quite some time, and reopened my account now for about a month-and-a-half. Played a human warlock at Bladefist until TBC came out. Until TBC came, i did not had the urge to play with Auran. Looking at him only, made me tired..... However, i noticed that Outlands is cool and Shamans have improved a lot. So I picked up that dirty little Tauren again. I'm still very casual, so I play WOW very little, but I refound the pleasure of leveling Auran again. One thing is still incomplete though.... I miss the green text in the lower left corner the [channel5/ieshaman] and the quality chat, expertise, professionality and friendliness of this Guild.
I also see a lot of you guys online and that made me think, I cannot and don't want to apply for a raider spot, but this 'new' familiy/friend application thingy seemed something right for me!
I talked to Cwave, who told me that I could ofc put the application on the forum and Roxis also seemed kinda happy for me to be 'back'. Besides, I saw you took my old buddy Xalofsleeper in, and that is even more a reason for me to rejoin... I know, that i can somewhat count on the support of those three, but maybe more support me... Is Morbid still a member? He has always been my Guardian in IE, so I look forward to play with him as well. Oh and Delling, coz i am sure you will read this, when possible I hope to again do a raid under your leadership.
Anyhow, take me back into IE again? As a real casual player, one who you can always count on though (when online ;) ) and you know that. Ofc, i am still fully resto specced as always, so i heal better than a dr00d :P

Hey m8 good to see you back.
Yes my toon is (probably) still in IE but not the player behind it, RL slapped me in the face, new job/new gf and she's controlling my spare/free time now :D
So i quited a couple of weeks ago, but as you can see i'm still lurking in the dark and reading IE and Dunemaul forums.
Not that i have anything to say about it, but you get my vote.

I'm gona block this application purely because Cwave removed his excellent, drunk response.
Replace your post Cwave, and I'll let you have Auran.
And remember, being Dutch in this case is NOT a bonus :P

You still let me read guild only forums and keep my toon in the guild, it's just like someone who would go drink a beer in front of a friend who just stopped drinking or offering a sigarette to someone you knew just quit smoking :P

Leffe, to start with, is (originally) Belgian. Hm. Furthermore: in the Netherlands, but I kinda guess in general, we make a disctinction between beers...
I like to differentiate the pilsener, dark, 'abbey' and white beers. There is also some overlap between them...
Imo, it's not fair to compare them.
Leffe, as being a 'abbey' kinda beer, surpasses all but one: Duvel - This... is the two-headed king of beers. This due to that Duvel is not completely an 'abbey' beer, it resembles and maybe even officialy it's more a white beer. And the taste is.............. as if an angel is peeing on your tongue..............
Tuborg and Carlsberg are, unless i'm really mistaken, 'just' pilsener. There taste is (in most cases) similar to most of the other pilseners and liking/disliking them (most) is probably influenced by society, habit and a liiiiiitle personal taste. I am not sure whether ale is just a pilsener that has been poured with to little pressure, but I actually don't care. They lack the aroma and the fortitude of non-pilsener beers so i just count them to this category.
Conclusions:
- ya; strawberry beer should not exist.
- Leffe is the Queen of abbey beers, as Duvel is the King
- Tuborg and Carlsberg cannot be compared with the above mentioned beer(types)
- I don't like dark beers, so I did not even care to elaborate about them
- Starbrow likes beer, but should visit me someday so that I can take him to a 'gelag'.
