Gear requirements: Naxx25 geared
Must be able to raid for 4 hours straight: - i.e. you need to be able to sit on your ass, for 4 hours... without having to take your brother to school, without having to help your mum fix her computer, without a bad case of the runs causing you to hobble off to the bathroom every 10 minutes.
You need to be prepared: Pots, flasks, oils - you will be expected to bring all of these to raids
You must understand English, and have reaction times faster than roadkill: This should be a fairly easy requirement. But if I ask you to do something on ventrilo and you don't react within a few seconds... you will fail. Horribly.
