I think Kaos made that rule before there even was a F&F recruitment, therefore it doesn't count for this kind of applications :P

It was a little ironic guys - the number of people that have rejoined IE is really massive.

Well, as my first response was when I heard of this post, I thought the entire reason Nach left was because he wanted to raid? And if so shouldn't this application be in raider application?
While Nach is of course a friend, F&F recruitment is for those who are not looking to raid, especially in the short term.
So! Does this application here mean you don't want to raid, or that you're looking for free ticket back in? :P
I'd prefer the former, but were it the latter I'd be a little disappointed!

Basically, we're pretty upset that you were gone for so long.
I don't mind temporary wibbles... A week, less. But long-term gquits are not something I'm fond of.
However... as you may know, the guild as a whole really likes your retarded, unintelligent capsing. You've also been in the guild since before either of the current guild leaders, and that counts for something.
I can't stress this enough - PEOPLE SHOULD NOT LEAVE IE FOR OTHER GUILDS AND THEN COME CRAWLING BACK.
Just look at the previous examples. Time and time again, people leave IE and come crawling back. Take the hint - don't leave in the first place. It's bad for guild morale, and you're just ruining the game for yourself.
So, this time, we're going to allow you to rejoin.
Don't leave again.

On the other hand, it is positive for the guild morale to see our members come crawling back as it sends the signal that once IE becomes your "home", there is really no other guild that can compete. ;)

Just to add my voice to this. It was a really hard decision to let Nach back in. Basically me and Dell really don't like the idea of ppl thinking they can just leave IE to try life in another guild, then be able to just waltz back in when they feel like it.
Its not fair on IE or the other guilds.
In the end we decided that it would be unfair to make an example of Nach in this case, but the rest of you have now been warned!
