Title: Item selling
Post by: Balor on September 29, 2007, 07:33:48 am
Hello ,
My name is balor, some of you guys may heard about me but most havent heard about me.
But thats not the points atm.
I have been chatting to one of IE officers now for a wile that i was intrested in buying Full T4 set and some other epic items to complete a tank set (all T4 instance items). But thats where it goes wrong, sidce you dont raid gruul and mag annymore, are you willing to make special runs for me if there enough ppl up for it for the right price?
Its for a druid Btw,I'm still lvling him atm, lvl 62 atm . I wil be 70 within 2weeks.
But i hope we can work something out.

Ps: If you need me in-game i wil be on Wrattenzwijn (my druid) or my rogue Balor.

Thanks
Balor

Sounds very expensive. a normal karazhan run in which you would get 2/4 t4 items often take about 4 hours.
thats 9 people * 4hours = 36 man hours, and you might have to do a few runs to have the items actually drop so it might even be 3-4 weeks, if you have preference on items.

I think you should do as the rest of us, get to 70. Farm some instances upgrade your gear. Find a guild.
Play the game.

But if you happen to be as rich as the guy that bought the rogue account with the dual twinblades, then it might be possible after all....

well, if your counting in hours it might get expensive, but i was more thinking of Price per item, like you did before the burning crusade

At this point we didn't think of such runs and I doubt that we will. Even if we decide to do it I think it would not be T4 but T5 and random SSC items cause we really can't be arsed to run Gruul, not even for cash :P

Hm, we're not doing item selling at the moment.

We might look at it in the future, but right now we just don't need money, and we don't have the time.

There's the chance of you joining raids on 'off' days, like Saturday -- but those raids are pretty rare, and the quality is often low.

But yeah... would just focus on finding a lower-level raiding guild and collecting epics that way :)

Why do you want epics so badly?
It's more fun to progress with a guild, discover new encounters.. and perhaps in time; recive some epics. But to rush up to 70 , and pay tons of gold for something that might not even drop? Well, I can't put any word for it.

For the guild you planned to pay; benefit!
But for you; most likely not.
You should find a guild, as the others said and progress.. you'll appricate it more in the end!

I have been there all... on my rogue...
raiding , making progress, saving dkp and when you have enough dkp then to need allot crap and win, your guild disbans.
So i have been there... now i just want full T4 find myself a guild that i can help out.

I prefer something i can trust now... My gold that i give for items, i once had a fwew gm's who where wispering around the officers (me included) that there needed to be more guild bank finance, so we as officers game the good example, and each sended 400G, when we all sendend.. the GM said.. well goodluck i'm out of here, ninjad all our gold and time that we spended in gathering dkp... so no thanks i prefer something i can trust now

And here's me thinking this game was all about end game content with a guild you can grow old with! Why's it so important to some people to try and take the easy route to epics!? Where's the satisfaction you get from putting in all that raid prep/practice and hard work gone!?

Graxlos hit the nail on the head....Hit 70 and work for your gear, it's way more fun!

Oh and hi IE peeps!

Or simply buy a character already kitted out with epics...

Well, Imo it aint good also. BUT my rogue aint wanted in pve aldry stacked up with rogue's. Hunter i made specialy to pvp with, so funny to BM pvp :P
And now my druid... well... PVE ftw ;)
i did some pve tho on my rogue, until mag or so mayby 6 difrent guilds, all disbanned... and as rogue its just so hard to get a guild

Then maybe it's time to face that you can't have all the epics in the world on all your different characters :) You could try to stick to a main or just accepting the fact that you can't raid on 3 different characters.

yea you can actually equip all 3 char but then that would required guild that has all bosses on farm status doing all instance and of course have no life or little Chinese grinding for you and play like 150h per week which is possible i know some ppl doing it  ;D ;D .
And at the other hand u can join some low lvl guild and progress and spend you're in game money and nerves doing so. But if u don't wanna that just e-bay it :D
love gajaja

TROLL POWER
P.S when u guys gonna make some SSC and TK raid i want to raid wow starting 2 bored me
