Making this topic purely because it isn't already here.
Samuel L. rocks out hard as Afro Samurai (that's actually the character's name) in this short series. There are only 5 or 6 episodes, all of which can be found on Stage6. Excellently stylised and very enjoyable to watch. And since it's such a short series - only 5 episodes - there's very little reason not to watch it.
It's basically a revenge story, with a little twist of two special headbands. I'll not bother explaining it as the series does it shortly and early on.
As you may have guessed by the fact that Samuel L. Jackson voices the main character(s), it's all english audio.

have seen this for about 6 months ago, it fucking rocks =)
to bad they made the anime really short :/
