Looks like a nice little game! Ride your music :) Available on steam to pre-load, released Feburary 15th. I'm already pre-loading.
It comes with the orange box sound track by default too.

Aperture Science....
Yeah, I've seen some clips on Youtube. It looks great :)
After playing Guitar Hero for an entire weekend, I am quite excited by this...

I've played the last betaweekend ~1 month ago, and unfortunately it was a huge letdown.
The way the game reacts to the music and creates the level/gameplay from music didnt work that well. Basically it came down to "more bass/drums -> more tiles on the racetrack". Lightyears away from something like Rez, but that of course is designed from start to finish instead of created by an algorythm.
Unless they did a lot of updates, it's fun for maybe 20 minutes, then /meh

Yea, obviously if it's automated it's not going to be as fun as stuff that's been hand-tuned by testing monkeys.
I see how it could be fairly dull after a short time...
But, worth a try :)

Well, after all it's £5 :) And since I spend some time idling listening to music, having some kind of interactivity could make it a little more interesting.
The concept reminds me of Vib Ribbon a little.

I've bought this and I must admit I hugely enjoy it. Bouncing about in your little spaceship to your own tunes hugely wins really. But oh lord is this bad for my RSI...

Meh, final version showed up on tracker sites. Still sucks, it's basically the beta with better menus, additional sound codec support and some new blocks. However the game itself is still like the last beta I played. No noticeable improvements in the sound analyzing algorithm and it still runs ropy on my computer (like flying throu bubbblegum) and it's pot ugly.
Unfortunately, for a game that lives on being an audiovisual experience, huge fail.
