Title: Web Comics
Post by: Daekesh on May 04, 2008, 07:24:43 pm
Just wondering what web comics people are reading these days?

I follow the following:
- Ctrl Alt Delete Online (http://www.ctrlaltdel-online.com/comic.php) (general)
- Dark Legacy (http://www.darklegacycomics.com/) (wow)
- Penny Arcane (http://www.penny-arcade.com/comic) (general)
- VG Cats (http://www.vgcats.com/comics/) (video games)
- XKCD (http://www.xkcd.com) (general)

Used to follow Real Life Comics (http://www.reallifecomics.com/)... but I haven't bothered lately :(

Any other cool ones out there?

Edit: Some other ones...
- LFG Comic (http://www.lfgcomic.com/) (mmo)

I generally just read what's given to me nowadays.

Keeping up to date, and catching up with comics that I had missed, kept me more occupied than I thought was healthy...

I used to read this however: http://ereality.comicgenesis.com/ (8-bit arcade).

No idea if it's been any good the last few years tho' :)

White Ninja (http://www.whiteninjacomics.com/) Used to be good, really very rare they do anything funny now.

The Perry Bible Fellowship (http://pbfcomics.com/) Utterly fantastic, but sadly only due to be extremely rarely added to since the creater has 'retired' from doing them. Kind of. Well worth reading all of these, they're all really funny.

Least I Could Do (http://www.leasticoulddo.com/) By the same writer/artist combo that does LFG, and worth a look. Often quite amusing :)

somehow this B^U comic is alot funnier if you read it backwards

besides that its a cheap way out of real character development

this is by far the best online comic I seen, though it's slow updating.

With those kind of enthusiast-made web-comics, I love looking at the earliest and latest ones... always interesting to see how much someone's art has come on.
