It's merely a result of the way dodge, parry and miss works now. Druids can also pass the avoidance cap if we go for a pure agility itembuild with some certain trinkets. In the gear I have now, I can get a temporary 90% dodge with activated trinkets. This is also the reason why Blizzard put in the zonewide buff to mobs in Sunwell, decreasing the chance to dodge for their target by 20 (or is it 30?)%.
Doesn't stop it from bein funny though :P

They just need to change agi > dodge ratio past 60lvl for druids and rogues. Zonewide buff in Sunwell is retarded towards warriors anyway!
-
Well I think they used the sunwell thing as a measure to avoid rebalancing this stuff just yet - they will probably save it for wotlk when things will need to be balanced towards 80 anyway.

I guess... but its quite silly to sort issues that way, knowing that WotLK won't come that soon...

totally agree with you on that Smor, its like blizzard thought "oh well we'll shove in some mob auras and hope nobody knows they can rogue tank"
Shockingly this post has not brought a single rogue out of stealth. I'm excepting a lolbackback or cheap shot any second..
