Title: Süleiman, Shaman application
Post by: Troldehaar on October 04, 2008, 04:38:48 pm
Hello!

My name is Mark, I'm 19 years old and live in Denmark. At the moment I go to high school on my last year.

I just recently took over the account that I am currently playing here on Dunemaul. The character that I am applying with is Süleiman, a lvl 70 enhancement shaman:
http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Dunemaul&n=S%C3%BCleiman

I used to play a dwarf paladin called Troldehaar on the Kazzak server, where I raided through most of the pre-TBC instances, including most of Naxxramas. When TBC hit I started a draenei enhancement shaman, but I was very disappointed with the content, so my raiding experience with him only went as far as Mother Sharaz in Black temple. However, I have played through all of Black Temple and the first 4 bosses of Sunwell Plateau and have had some tries on Mu'ru with my room mates hunter, so I know what those fights are about.
At the moment I am looking for a good guild with some nice people, and from what I have heard so far from other players here, they all say that you guys are the best :-) I would of course like to raid, but it will also be nice to join a good and friendly guild to have many good hours with.
Your raiding hours fit me quite nicely, as they leave lots of time for me to finish my homework when I get home from school :-)

What can I offer Iron Edge?
A nice and stable player who picks up pretty fast. On my draenei shaman I also healed on occasions, so I also know what that is about :-D
If you need to know more, please ask me :-)

Thank you :-)

I can add that I have been playing on the wotlk beta server, and I expect to get to lvl 80 quite fast. The new expansion is excellent and I can't wait for it to be released!

Hello Suleiman . You coud spend some more time and do abit better application , following the application temple.I guess you know the first impression is always important. It seems you have good enhancment gear (exept few items from KJ) and you have expiriance in SW , unfortunatly the situation at the moment with ower shamans is abit complicated .We have SW and KJ on farm and we have prety good setup .At the moment we have some of ower shamans away , they will return in Wotlk , so we will have even stronger shammy team . Anyway will see what other officers think about .
Good luck with your application mate.
P.S. Boobs are always good  :D

Whose shaman did you buy anyway? Is it a Dunemaul character? Or did you move him here?

Think it is from another server, coz that good gear could only have some exIron Edge shaman. But correct me if I am wrong. :)

Some ex Iron Edge shaman that transferred to another realm to join a better guild to kill one boss, then to be quit by the original owner after having transferred back and been given to a real life friend, amirite or amirite?

To tell you the truth I don't know much about this characters history. My room mates friend owned the account but quit playing wow and started playing warhammer or something. He wanted to sell his account but it seems that nobody wanted it. So I am here smack in the middle, looking for somewhere nice to play basicly. I think it was migrated here because nobody seems to know me  ;D

I am sorry that you think it was a bit short, but I can tell you that I am quite dedicated and expect to play alot in the coming expansion. Although this is not my original account, I am determined to play this character in wotlk, and I believe I know how to play a shaman quite well  :) At the moment I can do without raiding if it is not possible, it would just be nice to join a good guild and get to know some great people.

Atleast , its good to know the truth so people dont get fooled around .
As I told you above in my replay we are full on shamans atm and we dont tolerate sharing accounts & ebay so I'm sorry but good luck elsewhere. Application denied.

I am quite touched that Legin migrated back to Dunemaul before quitting though. Kind of like... coming home.

My name is Mark, I'm 19 years old and live in Denmark.

How can you not approve this ?! More danish people for Nox ? (if you guys can't remember my name is Mark too... turds) 8)
But yeah, you should probably have spend a bit more time writing your application, or atleast looked at other peoples applications before applying your self. Might remember that for future applications to other guild's.

Have fun on the server though, it is a lot of fun full of serbs and retarded danish people.

Best Regards
Gerdi

If the name was changed, he could have thought of a damn better name because people write to me in turkish all the time  :(

I am sad to read that my application is denied due to the fact that it is not my original account. I have heard only good things about the guild, so it is a shame that I could not experience it myself. And yeah of course, you can never go wrong with danish people, we rock  ;D

So. I heard another story about 9/11. That in the koran, verse 9.11 (OMG COINCIDENCCE) says something about allah's wrath upon the unholy lands. But, what's the deal with that? Did they pick 9/11 for no reason, or did they actualy pick it because you can do alot of cool things with the number 11?

*throws some fuel in the fire*

But just me being curious. How did your move to Nihilum work out for you? Other then raiding less, making a mockery of yourself even more, improving nothing gear wise and loosing the respect of an entire guild you had grown a part off?

In short... was it worth it? :P
I know you will say yes but im wondering what your arguments will be if you can provide any.

Tbh, no it wasn't worth it. Sure it was cool to raid with them, but I feel somewhat deceived by them(or Bananen), because they/he said nothing about changing their raid hours to times that I would have known from the beginning that I cannot attend. So all in all it was a mistake, but I'll take it as an experience and just live with it.

btwn george bush's extra published dollars now makes economic fails in us...

The unconstitutional US central bank, the federal reserve, which is neither federal and has no reserves, are to blame for the global financial crisis. The unlawful monetary inflation coupled with the governments overspending, has ruined the dollar, and because it is the worlds only reserve currency, the crisis we see now has expanded globally. Truly, banks in other countries are to blame as well for their reckless policy of lending to god and who knows what, creating bad debt which must be liquidated before the markets can stabilise. Economic law will always prevail in the end.
