Yo, Visitor here applying as a PvPer.
Some words about myself, I'm 18 years old, currently living at my parents place, with my two sisters, also curretnly studying my last year at high school.
I started playing wow a few months after it came out, reached rank 10 with my rogue then i couldent be arsed to go further, tbc i played a rogue and a mage in pvp, got 2000+ a few seasons, but never really went for the top due to lack of time.
Now when WOTLK came out i migrated my Warlock to dunemaul, but after playing 10 minutes on it i rerolled death knight, and so Visitor was born.

Now in s5 i'm currently facerolling 1900-2000 in 2v2 and 1800+ in 3v3. Trying to reach the top in s5.
Know a few people in Iron Edge, the one i know the most is prob Gozhell, since way back pre-tbc, uhm, talked with quiet alot of people but cant say i know them, and they know me that well.
And why do i want to join Iron Edge?
I'm looking for a good PvP guild with good pvpers that takes pvp seriously and knows how to play.
That would probably be all, have fun and take care. :)

I think he is a gigantic faggot with no apparent skill whatsoever that got his rating through his weapon and his class (not gonna say spec since he specs like someone with downs, smashing his/her/its face against the keyboard) and to be honest, I don't think he makes the cut for an IE pvper, who require quite high standings and personal skill.
He has neither.
I'll poke you in Game goz, as currently you can't really duel a DK to see if he's good or not. But if he's less than rank <10 with gear and Betrayer of Humanity, he's clearly doing it wrong.
Also, since when does applicants get accepted hours after the actual application?

Since I started making misstakes appearently. It's just a trialist rank though, and from what I've understood the real trial is supposed to happen with the trialist rank in the guild. If I've missunderstood this (which I think I have) then I could just remove him and make sure that people duel him and I see how he acts in arenas before making a certain decision.

You made a duel against me when i used neither of my pets, also for you to notice is that i'm currently sick, playing serious wow with a 39,4 degree fever and a cough that moves mountains dosent exactly make you any better.
Lets have some serious duels nach then, just to prove to you thats its not ONLY the class, and also, Rogues atm are so bad, right? I mean, they cant kill anything and absolutely arent the tiniest bit OP, amirite?
Just because rogues are having a hard time against DK's dosent mean it's just the class that are OP.

I just don't see the point of inviting horribads to the guild who clearly wouldn't be doing any good if his class was remotely balanced.

It'd be easier to say that it was, but I actually can tell alot from that duel (for example, blowing IBF when I vanished, DURR DURR), but unlucky for you I've actually seen what you can do in Durotar and I do have alot of contact with alot of pvpers and all of the people I've spoken to apart from Tiias agrees with me. Without your class current state and Betrayer of Humanity, you'd be struggling the 1500 bracket.

Either way, since you brought it up. I had you stunned and I was sitting on roughly 80 energy with you at 25% HP in that duel, and KS missed, enabling you to skill your way up to 50% HP, then keyboard turning and mash rune strike (dk's are hardddd) until I eventually went down.
It wouldn't affect me as much if it wasn't for the fact that I lost against RNG, a craptastically designed game as of now against someone that is often seen as the PvP scenes absolute joke on Dunemaul. Yes, you even took Pinkas place.
I have spoken little to you, but those who have done that whom I know all have the same impression - I see very little reasons to actually invite you as a pvper (as we're searching for the highest rated and best players, not players who will be good until next patch hits and then will suck the man dick, even if that person in question has arguably one of the better weapons in the game now, and for many patches to come - on the most OP class) but as Goz already did, then I'll just do whatever I can to ensure you that you won't enter as a PvP'er.
On a random sidenote - after he got his axe in Ikari, he stopped raiding. Not that important, but just a slight hint of what sort of person he is.

Nach is totally valid to argue why Visitor shouldn't be invited into IE.
That's the reason we require applications on the forum, so no one 'sneaks' in.
(I'm not saying you were wrong to invite him, but certainly anyone from IE is welcome to speak their feelings about Visitor.)

Indeed, tho would be more right if more people would duel me so i could actualy prove something, since i cant really say anything back, since i agree with nach when he says dks are extremly OP, cuz they are. But that dosent mean there cant be skilled DKs.

On a side note, when we took over Stormwind and me and Fowaty queued from their arena master, we came against a team with Visitor and raped and pillaged. Then again, fowaty's penis is hueg. So that might have helped.

Technically it's 1 member vs 1 trialist, who is far below average. It's not even personal, I don't even care if you're mother teresa or an absolute dick, but to be recruited as a pvper when you're far below the level of the requirements of skill IE requires out of a player, I have to put my foot down. I do not agree with this triallist at all.
Duelling a DK is futile, as it's rock paper scissors (I even would've won if I didn't miss KS, that's how pro he is for the record.) as a melee class I do not win vs anyone who found his rune strike button (I go down in 2-3 odd rune strikes, that's without the dots).
The best weapon in the game as the currently most overpowered class in the game and still at rank >50 says so much and I do not honestly think that he has the req's. Afaik, req's are that you need a rank that would give you a Gladiator title if it were to end abruptly tomorrow, and he's not... As the most OP class in the game with the strongest 2h weapon currently in the game...

Also, what I'm currently reacting at is that Gozzy trialled him 6h after his post was made, a very uninformative post - I might add, and they know eachother since before. This seems to be very very "under the table" so to speak and I'm offended like a serb at a gaybar.
If you want him in the guild, wait until Tiias passes his trial and throw him in the guild in the F&F slot - because recruiting this clown as a SRS PVPER is... Fail, aids and D'OH.

Visitor has got the week out to prove that he's made out of iron and that he's what we're looking for.
And I missunderstood the whole inviting process, that I should have trialed him outside the guild for a while before inviting him as a trialist rank. But no harm done.
And I didn't get him in under the table, I don't know him THAT well, neither are we irl friends, just an ordinary wow mate.

I think you misunderstand Gozhell.
When people apply we usually do our "due diligence" where members get some time to comment on the application, if someone for instance has personal issues with the player in question.
If there is no objections you can start trialing, if there is objections they should be discussed before /ginvite.
We don't want good pvpers if they are idiots, they need to be good guild members as well as good pvpers.

Or making it look like a fight, which - if you read between the lines - this was not. Your point was indeed valid, but words like 'clown' and 'faggot' do not contribute to a serious share of opinion, EVEN though I know this is a bit your style, Nach. :)

yea im totally agree with you,Nach's style a bit sharp while hes stating hes thoughts about recruit issue or about another subjects(tbh hes always open for a discussion or battle of words :))but maybe Nach wants to know that every1 have to have requirements while joining IE or "did they even deserve to join ?" in the another hand Visitor could ve been taken to the guild by gozzy but gozz explained that "hes a trial" at all,there is not a curtain thing as far as i see.but its not a big deal guyz (nach,gozz) i mean u are so free to state ur opinions but hey lets go with a polite way ???
