About me
Hi everybody. My name is James, I am 21 years old and I live in South Africa. I work as a java developer and am studying Information Systems, but with a little luck the studying should be finished shortly.
I play quite alot of different games but since I finally got wow, it has become the dominant one. Unfortunately, due to internet prices in this country, there was no point in me getting wow till I had a solid job, so despite being a long time fan, I only started playing relatively recently.
When I did eventually get wow I started my main, this character, on Twilight's Hammer because some friends from work were playing there. The intension was to make another character on Dunemaul to play with Kagemoth, old friends from school, but time was always an issue and I liked playing this character so much I never rerolled. So the time came to transfer. And here I am.

Kirrik(Was Kirik before the transfer... damn that ally paladin) is my main. I tried rolling a couple of alts but never got very far. I have played affliction and destruction, resting at the moment on destro for pve and aff for pvp. Looking forward to 3.3 to try aff pve again though.
I only reached reached level 80 shortly after Ulduar came out, and was in guild that didnt really raid at the time, so my raiding experience is limited. I geared up almost entirely from emblems and a little from VoA, but after a guild switch and a lot of dailies, went for a few toc10 runs, so I have a little from there as well.
I enjoy pve and pvp, although my arena experience is limited, as well as my raiding experience. I dont mind changeing specs if required. My studies are almost done now though and then I will hopefully be able to gear up abit and apply for the B raid group or something along those lines.

Well , as james already said , one of my best friends. I think i spent more time at
his house than my own when i was still in South Africa. I would love to see him in
Iron Edge with me. I think you will find him to be a really cool guy to play with
and it would be awsome if he may became a part of our community.
Btw are u at work now? I'm on vent u know..

How can you be a Java developer and your best friend be so inept with computers? Surely something must have rubbed off? :P

I have some prior-art augmented-reality MUD code that I wrote in Python... I will bring it out in a few years and hit all the current ARG developers for mucho money.
