Pretty funny and funky film.  Why are they staring at goats?  To make their hearts explode!

Basic story is reporter meets man with 'psychic powers'.  Then the wtf begins.  Well worth a watch :)

The movie is hilarious, especially considering that the US army actually had some paranormal projects going in the 60´ up to late 80´ and how the movie projects typical naive American think patterns.

Really liked it for a good laugh, and all the bizarre shit they dished up with  ;D

Caught it at the cinema a few months back, brought a smile to my face at the end of a very bleak week, see it!
