This file basically turns your Perky Pug in to a larger version of the Mini-Thor. Now before you do this, Blizzard sort of doesn't like model editing, but meh, haters gonna hate.
When having downloaded patch-5.MPQ you simply put the patch in your world of warcraft folder under Data. If there's a file already called patch-5.MPQ just rename it to patch-T.MPQ or whatever character or number that doesn't already exist. Then restart the game and voila! If you plan on keeping the edit, please do remove it temporarily when updating the game.

It is, but they usually don't care as long as you don't model edit anything so you gain advantage (Overrated's AQ40 wall hack etc).

Used to do model editing for like an year or so back in TBC.. Haven't seen a ban yet :P

The bar at the bottom is from an addon called Coolline, showing my cooldowns, filtered or not.

See, I kinda wanted something like that bar, but I couldn't find one that would only do a same scale of time all the way along the bar :/ very annoying.

That and it felt a little superfluous as a fury warrior...
