I have been playing online games since 2006. I started with Knight Online, continued with Wow.1st days wow really make me angry i create a paladin but i lost in silvermoon city and i stopped playing 2 weeks:D.After all i opened a night elf rogue and wow start for me after my rog goes 70 lvl i played 3 months with my rog but really hard to find guild with rogueso i decide to open a blood elf priest.I played all Tbc as holy cus shadow priest only using for buffing locks those days:D I did all tbc raiding (except sunwell) before wotlk come i was in Mazrigos server with Seek And Destroy guild.I n 1st week we cleared all contents and start to farm but i really bored it Nax-Malygos and Sartharion were to easy after all Bt and MH contents.After i migrate Dunemaul server i was in Callous guild they were nice ppl but they were not fair looting system so i left from there...
Why do you want to join Iron Edge?
I want to be part of good guild again with good players.I m sure i ll find nice new firends here.
What can I offer to Iron Edge?
I can offer u good friendship and skilled player.

Ship captain?! What kind of ship? Does it have cannons? A flag? A PLANK TO WALK PEOPLE OFF?! These are important things.

Great overall wow experience but bad application imo. Your hit rating is too high, your gemming is bad in some of your gear, your spec is wrong. Glyphing is acceptable but the Shadow Word: Pain glyph is useless. Your ICC experience is bad, with no Lich King kills to date. Your reasons for leaving your old guild are unjustified, I know an officer in that guild and their loot system is fine. We have 3 stable priests, one of each spec already. All in all it doesn't seem like you've read up on the class much or are regularly checking theorycrafting and your english doesn't seem great. It's a no from me but good luck anyway.
P.S. Your race sucks!

Yeah Kawe I am ocean going ship captain but we don't have canons:D we only have hold for loading cargo^^And a lot of fire hose for fighting pirates:D yeah pirates still living this days and atacking cargo ships:S omg....
And Kilizion I tried fill my blue gem slot with 12 sp 10 spi gems but really not big diffrence so i decide to use 23 sp gems.And when i was in Callous i stayed this guild 2 months and need only tokens i was a member,but in last raid 3 priset token drop and they gave token another priest and he was in guild only 1 week and a new member it was unfair for me.
Don't say 'no' to early give me a shot and u ll see^^:D

for his pants the diffrence would be:
current pp value 23+23+21.8 = 67.8
proper gemming (23+21.8+17.9+9) = 71.7
3.9 SP difference.
big woop. im pretty sure you always buy 3.9sp upgrades for ur gear killi
his spec is pre-4set, but theres nothing wrong with it since by changing to the 4set spec you only gain more healing and survivability.
his glyphing isnt wrong/useless. swp is a valid glyph if u experience mana problems. alltho dispersion or MS is the way to go for HMs.

he has anohter spec with those glyphs u mentioned ? althought dunno if its a pve spec

dunno shit about priests, but about the callous loot system.
Fruitbat an officer of callous is one of my best mates reallife.
and iv never heard of any unfair looting, plus he's one of the nicest people your ever meet , in wow , or real world.
dunno how much i believe your reasons for leaving your old guild.
maybe ill give him a call at lunch or something.

You forgot the haste gem in his ring, and the haste/sp gem in his cloak granting him a hit socket bonus. Not needed really since he's over the hit cap. You'd be better of with haste/sp in your ring and pure sp in your cloak. He also has icewalker on his boots which he can drop to lose hit and get Tuskarr's for faster movement and overall more survivability and higher dps on movement fights. Not just the two blue gems really (belt and legs) all these small things make a difference.
From the post 4-set spec he also gains inner focus which is useful with divine hymn as well as various dps abilities. Which is better for his dps and the raid along with the better healing and survivability you mentioned which shouldn't really be overlooked.
And I said his SW: P glyph is useless since he shouldn't be having mana problems if he is dispersion should give him the regen and the survivability he needs especially when glyphed. He should glyph for hard modes since it's what we're doing.

I n last raid,before i leave from callous 3 priest token were dropped.I passed 2 months in Callous and didnt get any token and i was member,they gave token newbie player in a guild and he just joined guild 1 week ago and i go crazy and left thats all...

1st:I equipped haste trinket this saturday and b4 that i didnt have enough haste so i put haste gem and 12 sp 10 haste gem on my ring and back.I know i need %11 hit only but i dont have all drops from icc and i m not chosing inside of them.i m using best gear for me atm.and dont worry about my talen i have 2 shadow talent and i change 1 for pvp for this weekend for doind some bg with my friends

I have a RL friend whos also a ship captain and a very good wow player. Would I vouch to him if he ever decides to apply? Clearly no!! Cos during his entire wow life he played with good guilds at his server, got geared and then left for several months. Came back, applied to another guild, geared up and left for several months again in a neverending circle.

Yeah that question Justa asked is an important one. And should be answered. But i have to add that, "we geared him up" is not a fair saying.
If someone puts the efford to gear himself up,
makes a perfect application, gets into the guild, puts a lot of efford on countless raids, buys the items with his own earned DKP! it's not "we geared him up"

Actaully i answered this question serthh,if u check my posts u will see.I said my last ship sink in south of madagascar so i m not thinking going work for a long time.

Yeah he who raids earns his gear but losing a geared raider is nasty. We've been dealing with lots of losses and trials lately. What i dont wanna see is "we lost him and need a new ...." thats nasty
