I am an experienced raider I have 11/12 killed in both 10 and 25 man icc , still unfortunately not killed LK I do know tactics well, my previous guild killed him once or twice on a thursday ( when i cant raid) 10 man then several core people stopped playing 10 or 25 mans making it impossible for me, so thats my immediate priority.
Raiding
My avalibility for raiding is (this is Server time im one hour behind here in the uk):
Mondays: 19:00 onwards up to 01:00
Tuesdays: unavalible
Wednesdays: 19:00 onwards up to 01:00
Thursdays: unavalible ( Training)
Fridays: 19:00 onwards up to 01:00
Saturday: 14:00 onwards up to late
Sundays: 18:00 onwards up to 01:00
World Of Warcraft history
I started this charachter when the game first launched , and played with the same group of friends until TBC came out , at that point i took a hiatus from the game and have since returned in Wotlk but they did not. I have been raiding with The Beastro on Twilights Hammer,how ever reently they lost all interest in raiding and i still have not killed the LK so i felt left high and dry.
Why do you want to join Iron Edge?
Even tho my gear is excelent I am no elitist prick, I'd ideally like a good sense of community as well as skilled raiders that give every fight 100%. I Belive Iron Edge are such a guild , that understand people have lives but that should not be an excuse for no giving there all when they do Raid .
My main and alts(Mage and Priest 80's) are currently on Twisting Nether but i would move over to Dunemaul if i where accepted here at Iron Edge.
What can I offer to Iron Edge?
I can offer a reliable mature, raider always on time and with consumables and excelent knowledge of tactics , I can offer humour and I can take a joke at my expense aswell as give them out. I am always happy to help people with crafting Blacksmith items or daily heroics ( even tho i dont really need frost anymore ;)) I have a 5300 gs tanking offspec for this purpose as it can be hard to find a tank.
If theres anything i havent covered please feel free to ask me about it.

B-raid currently has a lot of melee dps and we only raid on mondays and tuesdays which means that you would only be able to do 50% attendance max and tuesdays are our progression raids.
No lich king kill and no heroic experience is another big minus since that is what we are currently raiding.
I cant decide if you get an invite but dont expect a spot in the b-raid.

I do know LK tactics and my gear is well up to it. do have 5 day a week avalibilty but those 2 mid week days are needed for irl stuff. perhaps id fit better in the A team ?
If you look at my gear ( wrists / thrown) youll see i do have 10 man heroic experience, I have also done Gunship heroic in 25 man.

Gunship hc experience is a big plus!

A bit short application in my opinion, but i guess it gets around the most important stuff. As grax already said, no lich on normal nor any heroic experience is a big minus. Now i am only a b-raider as Grax, but i doubt the A-raid have slots open for raiders without heroic experience, as they are progressing the heroic Arthas fight as the only encounter currently left.
If you look at my gear ( wrists / thrown) youll see i do have 10 man heroic experience, I have also done Gunship heroic in 25 man.
Also for b-raid i would hardly say that your 10man heroic experience is "enough", not to any offence, but it is the rather faceroll encounters that you have cleared. and calling gunship, heroic experience would be pretty sad in my opinion.

I'd say your gear is good, but by no means excellent. That plus tuesdays and thursdays being a complete no-go means I don't think you can be part of the A raid.

Yes -- A-raid raids Monday through Thursday, so you'd also only achieve 50% -- a far cry of the 80% required!

not heard any positive comments about my app you guys obviously have no use of me or certainly my avalibility tuesday /thursday seems a big issue , i will look elsewhere for a guild that raids at more compatible times i guess.

Well, if you know anything about end-game raiding, you'd know that 100% attendance is the single most important thing :)

Since the B raid only raids on mon/tue and you can't make tuesday's. Meaning you'll get a 50% attendance at best so I'm afraid your app to the B raid is also a no-go.

If I swapped so I could do Tuesday but no longer Saturday would that make any difference to a B team app ? Thursdays would still be unavalible.

Not really, we already run with a lot of melee of which 3 are fury warriors. Good luck with your guild hunt.
