Me:
Sup Iron Edge. My name is Heinz. I'm 22 and I live in South Africa (yes, another monkey, like Kagemoth). I work as a java developer at a company called Compuscan. It's a Credit Bureau, so I wont go into that...

My online gaming history started with a game called Nox. Thats also where my nick started. I mostly played a wizard and my nick was "Blizzard", but people started calling me Blizzy.

Then I started playing dota and I played this for a few years. I actually got national colours for this, which is quite a lol, but was fun. They got SK gaming to come to South Africa and I got to scrim with them and play against Loda. Soon after that I started SAIHL (South African in House League) for dota. Basically I programmed a bot that organized "pro" level games (for the South African community at least). You would need to apply to take part, with replays and would then go on a trial period. Kinda like u guys are doing with raiding I guess. If you're more interested, here's a link:

I've been inactive there for a few months though, but it feels good to have left something behind. A few of my friends were playing wow at the time and I was watching them arena. It got me interested in the game, seeing as I come from a long 'pvp' background of online gaming and it kinda looked like Nox with beter graphics :P. I don't really play any single player games.

I would love to join Iron Edge! I've been on team speak with Kagemoth and them in the KK channel and I've met a few of you guys. Kirrik who's also in the guild actually sits next to me at work. So I would love to be in the same guild as my friends.

I've made quite a few mistakes spending my frost emblems on the wrong gear :<, the haste trinket for 1... Anyway I've only been playing for about 2 months now and Kagemoth and them are still teaching me new stuff everyday. Giving up dota, something I had a lot of experience in and taking on a new game as a complete newb has been quite a mind set change, but I'm enjoying it a lot so far. My initial impression was, raiding would be extremely boring and after a few times you would think it kinda has to lose it's 'surprise' factor. But I've actually enjoyed most of the game content, especially the little of ICC I have seen.

Oh and if you're wondering why my character has such a fucked up nick. Sadly, the nick Blizzard, Blizzy etc. are all taken by frost mages :P. So in dota I played the role of gang/carry the most. Ganging meaning, killing the enemy heroes and carry would be called 'turtling', meaning to stay safe and just farm items on your hero so you would be strong enough to carry your team to victory later on in the game. And then I combined it x) gang + turtle = gangkertoise. Mostly I didn't really care lol.

Gang + Turtle = Gangkertoise (Per what he said it should be Gank, not gang.)

Druid + Pwnage = Druidpwnage

I vote he's forced to rename, based upon Delling's Logic.
