Greeting IE!
Name: Johannes
Age: 27
Nationality: Danish
Gender: Male
Occupation: Study music, conducting, and musician
Hobbies and interests: Music is obviously a big hobby for me, along with my job, occational sports and pvp'ing in wow =)
Character: Jahm, warlock. Currently still leveling, 83 now, 85 in a few days i reckon. Prefered spec is affliction as of right now, but strategy overrules my personal preferences. In other words, if destro is needed, destro is what i'll do.
Experience: I have not been pvp'ing seriously for very long, but did get to 2k rating in a RLS team in the 'relentless season'. That's about the furthest i've gone.
I have decent strategic skills, but tend to lose the overview in battle, if i'm not used to the setup and such. I'm very willing to learn from ppl with more experience though.
Until i started playing again a few days ago, I've had a break for about a year, so just getting into it again.
The reason I'm applying for IE is, despite the very nice reputation, both on recommendation from my good irl friend David (Ildlar), and in hope that I'll get to do some organized rated battlegrounds and arena, and also to meet some ppl that can guide me to get better at pvp'ing.
I'm currently doing regular battlegrounds for basic pvp gear.

He is a very cool guy, relaxed, focused and with en eye for improvements. He is one of my best friends and Im happy to see him back in wow, just hope we will have him in green aswell.

Thank you for taking the time to write a good application. However, we're looking for a little more experienced players for our PvP squad. If you're Ildlar's real-life friend, I suggest you apply as a community member. And who knows, maybe you'll get to tag along for a rated battleground sometime :)

You could however also try him out, as far as I remember he did very well pvp wise, but had problems finding ppl who had the same ambitions.

Even without finding good arena partners, 1913 rating in 3v3 is just too low to be accepted as a PvP member. Not to mention that if we accept him, he won't be able to attend any kind of PvP event for weeks because he lacks the gear. So, as I said earlier, community or PvE member would work better for you at this time.

Ok Therash, I understand.
Is it a possibility to be PvE/community/friend member, then possibly advance from there? I believe I can be of value to a BG team once I get geared, and could find an arena team outside the guild, if I'm not good enough for an IE team yet =)

That is exactly what I mean :)
I'm sure IE can offer you a lot of people to play with. Once you get that little statistical problem out of the way, we can trial you as a PvP member.
