Hello there, My name is Nino. I'm playin SV hunter for 4 years, I live in Montenegro and I'm 19 years old.
Raiding.
I can raid almost every day in week.
My first char and only so far was this hunter, first I played on Kor'gall and I moved to Dunemaul about 2 months ago, coz i quited wow when WOTLK came, it wasnt intresting for me to play such easy game, I was HC raider in TBC in one of best guilds then on Kor'gall, but after 2 yeas pause when i got back my old guild gone a part so i move to Dunemaul and move to horde coz I know some ppl who play here. So far in Cataclysm I have tryed some raids such as BWD and Twilight Bastin. I watched tacts for most of bosses but didnt kill any of them, coz my prev guild was a bit brainless -.-
Current LVL of my gear is 352, got some crafted epic's, from reputations and pvp so far im doing 13-15k dps in 5m dungeons but with next patch SV hunter going to be nerfed by 25%, but MM gona be boosted so if nerf ruin SV im willing to respec to MM.

Why Do i wanna join Iron edge.
I'm looking for HC raiding guild with good and skilled ppl, also to clear new 10/25m dungeons and have fun.
What can i do for Iron edge.
Well I'm always rdy to help ppl if they need help with something, also I'm always rdy for raid pots/flask/food, ench etc.

What did you kill in TBC?

Everything, exept Kale in TK. Didnt have chance to kill him coz wasnt that active when my guild was on that stage. But cleared whole MH,BT and SWP.

I know Nino irl and he is nice guy.
He raided a lot back in BC but he played on fail alliance side :P
I didn't know he was making apply so this come as a surprise to me.
We have 4-5 groups that run 10 man and one 25 man group, what raid team you wanna apply to?

Well, I would rather do 10m raids, but 25m is also fine.

Your nick sounds somewhat familiar, are you that hunter that I was chasing all the time in that one AB? :)
Your application is somewhat unfinished and short, like you don't really care will you join or not.
My opinion is that applicants are judged based on applications same way trialists are judged based on their performance.
So you kinda want to make your application longer, to tell us more about yourself ingame and irl, you were kinda short on both fronts and I'd like to hear more.
Don't get me wrong your application was fine and simple just I think you should show how much you want to be a part of a certain community by making as good application as you can especially at a start of a new content when a lot of people from smaller guilds are trying to join bigger more successful ones while all are more or less equal.
Basically Dotoree why does IE want you more than a hunter #2 with similar gear and experience ?
Also like pluug said you should specify what raid are you interested in, there's a 25 man raid which raids only 2 days per week and 4 10 man raids which raid from 1 day to like 6 days a week with rotations.

Yea, that was 1st day I moved to Dunemaul, I still was on ally, you were chasing me and I owned u in t6 gear :P
Well it's not like I dont care, it's just I haven't made app for long time and I just puted in basic info about things I did in wow so far.
Well about my in-game skills, I have good reflex and I'm very focused on things I'm doing, I only make mistakes when I have some irl problems wich move my mind from game in that moment, but beside that I usualy dont make any mistakes. And I'm very exp hunter, as I said this is my only char from day i started playing wow I only played hunter, and that's long time. And thing is I used to be raid leader in TBC so it meens I always come prepared for raids(read tacts,watch movies etc). I'm also patient, but sometimes I lose my nerves when someone is making same mistake serval times and dont want to listen. Like I said I would rather do 10man raids then 25man. And one more thing, I was in big and serious guild befor so I know how to behave.
And if u want to know more about me irl u can ask me in-game or ask serval ppl from IE wich know me irl, like Pluug, Aleandro and Jaca.

Sounds like u should be joining jaca's 10m... he keeps saying he wants a hunter. Looks like foot may have to heal once a week :P

Well you sound like a decent raider, B raid (25 man raid) could maybe use another hunter but I'll let hugman answer that cause it might be too soon to recruit more since our roster is pretty much full atm since we have ppl sitting out every raid.
Also I am not sure how hardcore you want to go in cataclysm time-wise, you might want to talk to jaca since you already said you know him and most of his group irl.
Oh yeah about that AB, I was chasing you since you were a pretty much free kill in that gear, I might have died once or twice there but surely you didn't kill me, we did had one more hunter in horde that game so you might have killed him :P

Well, define the "wierd" coz in my opininon this is best possible spec for sv hunter.
And glyphs, I puted them 2 months ago and didnt even looked at em anymore. Only i need to change is to put kill shot instead of arcane shot glyph.

having 3 points in hunter vs wild
having 2 in serpent spread (1 is enough)
having 3 points in One with nature
oh and having point in mirrored blades in one spec and nothing in noxious stings is not just wierd but bad

also arcane shot glyph is slightly better then serpent sting

1 thing u were looking at pvp spec, and in pvp i dont need noxious stings coz if i speel target I cant trap it after sleep coz of dot wich is staying on it. And if ur going on immproved serpetn sting, glyph of serpent sting is better coz u get 16% crit chance on serpent sting periodic dmg, and as sv arcane shot is last thing u should use, u only use it if ur have 75> focus. And if u dont know shit about it I dont see any reason to comment something about u dont know a shit. I play this class for long time so i know what should I take in what spec.

Glyph Of Arcane Shot is 42dps better then Serpent Sting Glyph, and dont try to argue ive done the math :D Also dunno bout your gear but you are not hit capped... Just with a few reforges to hit you gain 100+ DPS just from being hitcapped :D

I'v got enough hit so far, and I was testing glyphs and serpent sting glyph showed much better then arcane glyph when ur SV, coz of mastery. :P

Youve got enough hit so far eventho the game tells you, you are off the hitcap by 1%? Rly?
Also SV Mastery is Elemental Dmg, both arcane shot and serpent sting is elemental dmg... :P

Well it's enough for now, coz i dont miss that much I check my recount after every boss to see misses and everything, but in my opininon serpent is better then arcane.

Im not here to flame but srsly... You cant justify not being hitcapped, not being hitcapped means you will miss, and missing means you lose dps its just that easy.
And sure the hitcap is diff for all classes, but for hunters you need hitcap and then you focus on other stats. And as i said in the post i did earlier, when doing the math for your char you would gain 100+ dps from being hitcapped, so not being hitcapped is a dps lose, it just is. Doesnt matter if you think you dont miss much, you miss and thats bad end of story.
P.S When its so easy to get hitcap and gain dps, why wouldnt you do it?:P

One thing, you should listen to huntersa and grish, as they are very good hunters, as they wont tell u stuff for no reason!
Take there advise and see if u improve! as huntersa said, he caculated and there are results!
Anyway we need hunter to our grp, but... atm no spot as we are doing all hard hard hard modes... we are special.
Our rogue is doing all hunters job.... sad but true!
Anyway gl with app and try taking advise from fellows hunters

It's not only you need a hunter in your group Jaca! We could use one as well. Short application, but enough information I guess. Have to agree with Jaca, listen to Grish and Huntresa, take their advise, if they know something, they're doing it for you to be better and for you to be more beneficial to our raids.

I think I did a heroic with this guy with Rucious, Aleandro and a random? (confirm/deny) Anyway if it was him his damage and awareness was alright, granted it's only a five man though. Good luck with your application, and no offence but: don't be arrogant, if they say it's better dps, then take the advice and do more damage np, that's the kind of attitude your guildies expect from you. Like I said good luck with your application maybe see you in /g soon.

Hey again.
The problem is, I think Monstar's group _really_ needs a shaman. It needs a hunter too, but a shaman would fix many, many problems (nature res, mana tide, other utility).
Also, that whole +hit thing is a bit worrying :P
It's like saying "I am happy with 19k dps. I don't need 20k dps!!"

In my opinino I dont need hit, but If u guys care about hit that much I can get it, that's not problem, I dont change my answer, I always stay behind what I have said.

Hehe, well, why do you think you don't need hit?
Have you _tried_ capping your +hit? Have you tried another build which you think is better? Have you spreadsheeted it, or used training dummies?
Have you looked at hunters with survival builds on World of Logs, seen their DPS, and compared your gear? (Do they have +hit?)
And so on.
This is the kind of thing that a raiding DPSer needs to do.

Well thing is I had capped hit with trinked wich gives me 285hit from stonecore and I treyed it on target dummy, thing is I got more dps coz of his proc 1750agi, nothing more but I gave that trinked to friend who were with me in instanc, he's feral drood and he missed a lot of hit.
And yes I check forums and try spec's so far to my gear and my way of playin this spec I have make best dps.

I have to agree with our hunters here. I know, for mages at least, that hit is really awesome. Always has been the primary dps stat.

Acording to this calculations I make 19841.35 dps, 1st is explosiv shot with 6648.09
2nd cobra shot with 6092.31, then auto shot with 2732.20, and then serpent sting and black arrow with 1.4k and arcane shot with 812.59 dps..

And with 1/9/31 Spec + ES Glyph,Kill Shot Glyph and Arcane Shot Glyph + Reforge 63 Haste on Shoulders to 63 Hit, Reforge Pants 69 Haste to 69 Hit you get 20779.98 DPS.
That adds up to 938.63000000 DPS Increase.
And sry if this post makes me look like a total douche, but im only trying to get you to see that "My way or the highway" isnt always the best approach. Sure your way could have been the right way, but now it wasnt and you should learn to take critiscism the right way, especially in an application where we are suppose to examine/review you and your char in this case.
