My name is Valentin and i have 22 years.

My character name is Pizdoasa (Combat Rogue) is my only character i dont have alts...

Raiding
I started raiding in cataclysm with a guild made with irl friends we downded 3 bosses in 2 weeks after that guild disbanded. Now i have cleared BWD, killed alakir in TFW, killed halfus and valiona and heroic halfus in BoT.
Gaming (optional) and World Of Warcraft history
Well i started to play WoW like 1 month before Cataclysm came out (at the insistence of my irl friends) but as a gamer i have a long history... i started playing in 1998 Quake2, Diablo 2, Warcraft 3, Starcraft 2, WoW ( Diablo 2 and Warcraft 3 played/managed at the very top) and now i hope ill do my best in this game.
Why do you want to join Iron Edge?
I want a serious team.
What can I offer to Iron Edge?
I am a serious person with a decent rogue.

Nothing to say on your armory, I would've gone for the Slice and Dice glyph though. Much better dps value. (Instead of the Evisceration glyph)
You application on the other hand is a tad short, but we (the B-raid) could probably cut you some slack since we are in dire need of a rogue and so far you seem to know your class.
A few guidelines for more info you could give us:
- How is your English? Can you understand people properly on TS? Or even better, talk
- After your guild disbanded, have you just been joining random groups or are there other guilds we should know of?
- What raid group would you like to apply to? You should find information about them in the recruitment section
- We would like to know a little bit more about yourself as a person! How do you spend your day? Hobbies? Attractive girlfriends?
- And finally, what is your favorite Pokemon?

Try reading some of the other successful applications to get an idea of what you should include.

After "High Stakes Poker" disbanded i joined "Elysia" a casual raiding guild... i raided with them for a while and after that i recived an offer from "Nolltvatre" to join them for heroic progress i joined them we made some raids and they decided to go casual/inactive... so here i am.
Well i dont really care in what raid group i get in but i would prefer to be a 25m because are more intrerupters... and this will probably be a minus for me but i really hate to do that :(.
I am a serious person i work sometimes as a steward/escort for a big television (they call me when they need me but i can always decline the call), as hobbie i like spending money and i am almost married.
Is this a psychological question ? i remember when i was a child that i liked Mewtwo.
And about Slice and Dice glyph i know that is recomanded instead of Evisceration glyph i just made some tests to see the difference with both glyphs... not so big.

Sillyface! There is a lot of interrupting and we rogues are usually the best at it.
And look at that, followed a few guidelines and suddenly your application went from a "probably not" to a "maybe"! You should've read all the hints and guidelines for applications properly.
Anyhoo' I value performance in raid over long wall of texts. I wouldn't mind trialing you for a raid, but then your fate would rely solely on performance, and proving yourself amongst the B-raid finest dps (the melee dps) won't be easy.
However, I don't have the final word. Hugman/Yoica will probably drop by your application shortly

i can raid 3-4 days per week anytime.

Our raid times are monday + tuesday 19:30 - 00:00
I'll let this application sit for a bit longer and unless anyone has something to contribute I don't see that we have anything to lose by trialing you - so be free for those days.
Make sure you know the tactics for all bosses on normal mode and read up on heroic halfus.

It's kinda like saying, "Hi, i wanna join your guild, but i dont like moving from the fire. I want to raid 25m so there are enough healers to heal me in the fire." Perhaps not the best thing to write on an application :P

Think most of the responds where semi serious. But even if not, you shouldn't apply to a serious guild if you can't take a couple of guys making remarks on something you said.

I think your English skills aren't up to par nor can you understand when we're joking.. that's far more likely to stop you getting in than the fact you don't like interrupting.

Pizdoasa, we do need a rogue and your experience and gear would fit right into our raid group. I would ask you to ignore all the posts besides Arches, Doomslay since the rest have nothing to with B-raid. Should you read this, as Doom said, we'd like to trail you.
As for non-B raiders.
This is really starting to piss me off. We get an, albeit poorly written, app for the b-raid from someone who we don't have to gear up and has equal if not better experience than we do. But then comes the reason IE doesn't have a good name with the general populous, the dreaded member posts. One person finds a flaw/bad point which is all good, but then others will come along and just continue pounding in it.
I've made similar posts twice already and I'm really disappointed to see that it has had no effect. Mabye the third time is the charm? Could people stop screwing with B-raid apps we are in dire need of more raiders.

Yoica, I really agree with you when it comes to some responses in the past. But when it comes to this one it's been a friendly and easy going atmosphere all the way. If he can't take this how would he take criticism it in your raid or the humor that's going on in the guild chat. I see a emo quit bound to happen.
But, to straighten things out maybe you should make a rule that only officers reply to applications to keep them constructive and on topic.

I kinda disagree with you here Yoica, Iron Edge HAVE good name in population, at least of those older players. There is a reason why we usually get whispers if someone acts like retard on trade chat. Trade chat is full of morons, nothing suprising about it, but trade chat in which a moron is talking and have Iron Edge tag is not something usual. I can understand that you guys need raiders, but on other hand if someone isnt able to take a small trolling in recruitment thread there is quite big chance he wont whitstand a long time in guild.
+ I remember when we got some retards in at end of Wotlk/start of Cata it was sad to read what they produce in guild chat, and not only that, if you were unlucky enough that certain person wanted to group with you in random heroic and i had to stand the uber retardness. It wasnt fun.
Just to clarify - im not calling Pizdoasa a retard here, i just think that certain ammount of trolling wont kill anyone, and can show how said person will react in future.

I think this has got way out of hand since we were joking on the application, the only thing that was serious was I guess what kesh said.
That aside, please don't cancel your app and have a re-read through our replies, no one was taking a big dig at you, Pizdoasa.
Our application topics normally get off-topic fairly fast - the joke hugman made was completely just that a joke! If you don't understand something don't overreact and withdraw your app! Just some friendly help.

I would recommend avoiding trolling, if You have to say something about that person, any particular reason why we shouldn't accept him or her into Iron Edge You are more than welcome to state Your arguments. This is just sad how we get trialists discouraged before they even get a chance to show who they are and what they can do to keep up all the good things we have done in past six years.
Bare in mind that not many of these guys are familiar with our concept of trolling for fun and level of sarcasm that some of us keep dodging even after few Years of being in this guild.

One basic thing that You keep forgetting is that these topics aren't for u to wring for the sake of writing even if u don't have anything usefull to say. If u take a look at 50 previous applications less than 20% of replies were constructive or fairly usefull, rest is just random shit.
Lets put it this way, if You don't have anything to say about previous experiences with named player, good or bad just avoid posting. Its really not hard...
