One of my favourite artists announced that he and the company he is working for is preparing a great FPS game. Some Work in progress videos and art stuff has been released.

there is an actual new mech assault coming out... or atleast i think there is

also the mechs seem to be moving to fast imo but who am i

The city looks awesome!

Don't think I really want to play as a mech, though. Games are generally a lot more exciting when you can identify with the character you're playing (at least on some level).

I am sure there are lots of people who want to be a mech, though :P
