Heya folks.
Personal Information
I'm Andy from Kent in England. I'm 25 years old, studied Illustration/Animation at uni, graduated and am now semi unemployed \o/ Guess I'm a fairly calm person, not sure if that's from years of healing or if the chilled ppl are just drawn towards the healing classes ;) Aswell as wow i also play Planetarion, a browser based realtime spreadsheet game (yay the geekery). Haven't played alot of pc games since picking up wow 4ish years ago but I'm def looking forward to diablo 3. Aside from drawing and painting and the arty stuff I also enjoy binge drinking and rabbiting xD

As for my current gear n spec n stuff, Ive gone for gem slot bonuses cos that's how i roll. I'm using my head slot as my non-tier piece tho i know at some point the chest could be the better non tier item. I've reforged for all out haste as I think I'm still going to be doing a fair amount of raid healing (even while tank healing) tho such things aint set in stone and I'm willing to swap some stuff about if I'm required to tank heal more or something.
plz ask anything u like about gear/spec/glyph choices, again not set in stone I'm happy to chat about stuff.
Attunements / Raid History
Vanilla: wasn't raiding.
TBC: attuned and completed Kara - Gruul, Maggy, TK, MH, ZA, plus a couple of bosses in BT.
WOTLK: completed Naxx10&25, OS10&25 - Mally10&25, Ony10&25, Uld10%25 (a few hcs) - both all but yogg & alg (the shame), ToC10&25 (also done on hc), VoA10&25, Icc10&25 (all on hc bar LK).
Cata: BoT10&25 4/4 norm + Halfus on hc (done with u guys last night in fact), BWD10 6/6 - 25 5/6 both on norm. Tot4W10&25 council only, BH10&25.
Raiding
Although I've writ en bellow that I'm ez where raid times are concerned I'm applying for the B team and its 2 day a week raid times and have other stuff to fit in around wow so although i can swap raid days id prefer not to map the whole week out with raids ;)
Mondays: whenever
Tuesdays: whenever
Wednesdays: whenever
Thursdays: whenever
Fridays: probably not around
Saturday: probably not around
Sundays: usually around
Gaming (optional) and World Of Warcraft history
A lil history of my char - My druid was the first char i ever created, i know many ppl go through alot of classes before they find the one they're comfortable with but i seem to have got lucky first time, i chose it mainly because i loved the druid class in diablo 2 tho it quickly became apparent that Abyiss (who introduced me to the game) had only recruited me to be the healing bitch of his then main a war tank. I started off as a crap moonkin shortly before the launch of tbc, spending my time jumping about world exploring and inflicting myself upon pugs. At some point in tbc i manned up and went resto to help out in kara with my casual guild. After that decided to make a real go of raid healing and moved to Equilibrium where i healed to around the start of BT when my uni work took over. Wrath came along and i converted my casual guild to a 25 man raid team and RL naxx 25, srs bsns ^^. Did some Uld 10 and ToC raiding again more casually and finally moved back to 25 man raiding when I joined Callous to raid and RoleLead in Icc 25.
Aside from wow i mess about on consoles and like to revisit some stratgames from before wow ate my soul. And as mentioned earlier i play a browser based strat game where my allies prank my phone at 4 am to wake me up to send out def :D
Why do you want to join Iron Edge?
Ever since a real life m8 (Abyiss) joined u guys hes been banging on at me to apply, at the time i was committed to a guild and raid time i loved, recently Callous went through some changes and is now a renamed 10 man guild, I left and have been looking for a guild and raiding environment ever since. Ive known some of ur members for a while now and after having a trial raid with the b team it seemed a logical choice.
What can I offer to Iron Edge?
I'm a sociable and chilled player, a committed raider and I'm still in love with my class and spec. Although 25 man raiding is my frav aspect of the game i also like the guild/social side of things and am always happy to help out other members with their personal gaols (old skool rps gear collecting, mount runs or whatever).

Played with this guy for 4 years, pro player (when he's not asleep on the keyboard mid-raid)
He would be a great asset to not only the Braid but the Iron Edge community aswell!

yeh mrFood is a geezer, think he moved to leaf pattern, havnt spoken to him recently so not sure if hes stil there.

Raided with fruitbat throughout ICC hardmodes in wrath - very reliable raider who's not afraid to use his microphone. He always put in the effort to read up on his class and boss tactics. Friendly guy - never heard him get angry.

yeah tankforfood went to leaf pattern, for like 2 raids before they disbanded - then he migrated to a random realm.

atm im going with enough haste for my 4th regrowth tick (over 11.11% haste selfbuffed + raid buffs to get to 16.6%). it just so happens that with my current gear i get the haste/mastery balance im looking for from reforging everything to haste. at some point i want to get my 9th tick of WG but i think id need to get some sidegrades on items and such first.

the mastery i have atm seem fine for 3x LB + nourish spam on tank, i could ofc go with more mastery if im needed for more intense tank healing and less raid healing and drop the haste.

if ur healing assignments carry on being similar to those i've got in the last 2 raids then i guess id like to keep my stats how they are, thats with me tank healing with LB, nourish and some panic healing + some raid healing on the side, a bit of both tbh. but like i said i dont mind changing some stats around if u need me to go 100% tank healing or 100% raid healing.

Well, what i want is to work with my healers instead of being bossy or forcing them to do something they can't/don't feel like which may lead them to fail. So far i think i was fair to everyone regarding their style of play that's why i usualy put you on tanks since u told me u roll with mastery things. :D
