Title: Info on Scotland

Hi guys,

Just wanted to check if there any Scottish ppl in the guild to get info on a few things.

I just landed a job at IBM in Greenock and will be relocating shortly, what I wanted to ask is, what would be the best area to get an apartment at.
I am receiving help from the company itself in finding a suitable residence but having inside info from a Scottish person would be valuable I reckon.
Also any info from some1 who isn't Scottish but has lived there or has any intel on the area I mentioned is also most welcome.

Oooh! Big grats on the job :) I almost joined IBM... way back when I graduated from university...

We have a few Scots. Am sure they'll try to help out.

Hey there Brainz. Congrats on the job first of all.

I can try and help you as much as I can, even though I don't know much about Greenock.

No point asking me, I had to google maps Greenock  ;D
Now I know where it is!

If you're unable to get a place in Greenock, Paisley and Clydebank are reasonable alternatives, maybe even Glasgow.

Cool tx, I'll try to b on IRC a bit more so I can bump into you.

I did hear some1 mentioning Paisley and Largs aswell, but Glasgow is a bit to far to consider I think.
I'll have a looksie at Clydebank since they didn't mention that one at all :)
