Personal Info:
My name is Dogukan and i am 24 years old. I am currently living in Turkey and studying International Affairs.
Spec:
My main spec is Marksmanship and i have 369 ilevel on that spec.
Class:
Hunter is my first toon and i play it at Vanilla and early TBC raids. Just before the release 4.2 i leveled a new hunter at Dunemaul and tried to do some raids with Grimlords with that hunter. İ digged into some research when i hit the 85 and i think i am pretty familiar with the new MM by now. W/o any haste buff (BL, Rapid Fire, etc.) my main rotation is to start with Serpent Sting, dump Focus with a Chimera Shot and then with Arcane Shots, then build up Focus with Steady Shot till Chimera Shot cooldown and after Chimera Shot dump again with Arcane Shots and use instant Aimed Shot proc as soon as its up. With above mentioned haste buffs the rotation changes to start with Serpent Sting, bump Focus with Aimed Shots, use Chimera Shots when only Serpent Sting is about to expire and build Focus with Steady Shots and bump again with Aimed Shots and so on.
Alts:
Got a mage with ilevel 365 who done Firelands, got a shadow priest with 365 ilevel too, got a prot pally ilevel 366 and finally got an affliction warlock for pvp.
Professions:
Got skinning and lw. Lw is for pretty obvious reasons like lw special enchants and to craft my own gear and skinning is for both supporting lw and its crit bonus.
Raid Experience:
I've done the Firelands with both hunter and mage so i have the knowledge for range dps tactics. For general raiding exp, i've done almost all raids since Vanilla as progress, except AQ 40, SWP, Ulduar, BoT and BWD. done Vanilla raids, Karazhan, Gruul and Maggy as a Hunter and done the rest till Catacylsm as a Druid Healer.
Previous Guilds:
My previous guild was Grimlords and when it is disbanded from a raiding guild, i had to leave like everyone else.
Availability:
I am available every evening at 6.00 CET except some Saturdays.
Communication:
Yes, i am pretty fluent in speaking English, i don't use Team Speak 3 currently because i use Ventrilo instead but i can install it of couse and i have a headset with microphone which i use.
Computer / Connection:
I have a pretty decent hardware which Cataclysm raids runs smoothly enough and i don't have any connection problems like dc or high lag unless my country's external connections.
Addons/UI:

Why Iron Edge?
I was a hardcore raider since Cata and tried to that again with Grimlords but for obvious unfortunate reasons i couldnt do that as much i enjoy. I think you are best choice for me to raid hardcore and being an international guild gives me the idea to raid seriously.
What can I offer Iron Edge?
I am a pretty experienced player who knows his class very well. I see that you dont use a consistent hunter and i can give you that deficiency.

Having all enchants, reforges and gems but forgetting not having the Therazane reputation is not slacking i believe.

U reforge bad... crit is your best stat...
Agi>hit>crit>haste>mastery
For aoe fights mastery before haste...

Having a relatively low gear level pushes me to reach a certain level of haste to be able to optimize my use of Aimed Shot. After reaching a certain point of gear your stat weight order will come into force.

WAIST= remove mastery put crit
LEGS= WTF u puted mastery and removing crit.....
Other items u remove crit and puting haste... why not removing MASTERY and puting haste?

Yes, i've tried in the raid, it gave me 2k-2.5k more dps than before.

Done the reforges with Jasminka's caps lock implicated suggestions, but nevertheless when you are looking for stat weights and checking out the http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/character/lightnings-blade/Devai/simple (http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/character/lightnings-blade/Devai/simple) for further reference, you maybe consider agility difference between the gear with full of BiS and a gear still has room for improvement.

If you're losing dps with his suggested reforges, it might be because you are playing the spec differently. Different rotations, priorities, whatever. Have you checked out places like EJ and tried different things?

My haste build was based on the haste calculations on EJ for Aimed Shot and Steady Shot rotations, and interestingly when rawr optimizes my hunter, it lowers its dps but i think it is because of my relatively lower gear.

It actually does optimize magi pretty well but classes with pets, there it gets confused :)

If we do give you a trial, btw, it will probably be next reset, Wednesday. We've cleared up to Rag this week, so we'll be working on that in heroic until then.
However, that's not up to me, just giving your a heads up.

OK the best thing for you now would be to try to pug one more Firelands run, simply because you wont help us much on HC Ragnaros.
While doing that try to upgrade your gear, I'm pretty sure you can still have some upgrades from previous tier which is really easy to pug.
You should have a busy week now trying to improve gear and yea fix that shoulder enchant.

I will have to decline this, sorry about it we had 2 hunter applications at the same time and other guy give me better impression.
