Hi, my name is Dave, Im a Software Engeneer resident in Italy ( but not for much longer ), i live on my own with my brother and i work from home so i can organize my working time on my self.
Spec:
Main Demonology, off Affliction
Class:
I know that as warlock sometimes i have to do different role for helping the group ( Battle res, or ranged tanking or so ) and i have no problem with that.
I go Demonology so i go
Hit (to cap) > Mastery > Haste > Crit
A note on my gear, i know that is crappy on gem and enchant but i think that now is only a waste of gold at 3 day from MoP.

Raid Experience:
i was GM of one of the most active Italian guild from ICC to early DS, we have raided 10 men, we cleared ICC HC, BD HC ( 5/6 ), TFW HC( 1/2 ), BoT ( 2 / 5 ), Fireland HC ( 6 / 7 ), and DS ( 8 / 8 ), the guild name was "Lega di Spartaco".
I have done this encounter with different toon and different role.

Previous Guilds:
Lega di Spartaco, i was GM, than in early DS ( 5 / 8 ) we disbanded.
Availability:
100% attendance with the time specified on the site.

No Dc ( only when Wow server go down :P )

I hope that you would not judge the apply from the gear, and hope that you look at the number of raid done on all my toon, cos i frequently swap to fill some role in the raid.
I dont care the loot, i know that before or after, all get what they want.
I dont care to stay out of the group for 1 or 2 raid for progressing reason, i have enough experience to know that it's necessary.
I like to do progress, fast but without overstressing (me and the other team member ).

Nice app and considering MoP comes out in 3 days we'll overlook you gear discrepancies ;).
I'd like to give a you a trial, but lets see what Graxlos has to say as well.

Sorry I just came home from the bachelor party of former guild member Kelrathos, so my post might be slightly incoherent.
So I guess you are italian based on you claiming to be residing in Italy and living with your brother, so your name is David like Michelangelos statue.
We currently have no italians in the guild so I hope you are prepared to be the only one :)
It sounds like you are moving away from Italy, will you be staying in the same timezone or are you moving further away?
