I am applying for the main raid.

Personal Info:
Rimas , 19, Ireland , I am a college student.
Class/Spec:
I play Havoc as my main and I only off spec for lower mythic dungeons.
885 equipped with Havoc and 882 with Veng.
Demon hunter, I go for mainly crit then vers then haste and mastery are similar.
My rotation/priority system is too keep momentum up while using throw glaive , artifact weapon and eye beam on aoe while dumping all of my fury into chaos strike.
Alts:
I have a 870 MM hunter and I am waiting for the 20knowledge update to start farming traits on it.
atm it is on 20 traits.
Professions:
I have herb and alchemy.
herb was to make money and alchemy is for the 2 hour flasks and the chance of getting rank 3 on any of the flasks but at the moment I am still only rank 2 on all the flasks.
Raiding Experience:
I only started WoW this expansion and I am 7/7M 3/3HC and haven't had the chance to try ToV mythic as my last guild disbanded.
Previous Guilds:
Taskforce on Outland ( core memebers decided to move to Kazzak ).
Link Curve ( Disbanded after RL and officers left for another guild ).
Availability:
My last exam is on the 17th of Jan and after that I am availably every day from 6pm+ apart from Tuesday and Saturday.
Communication:
I am indeed and yes to all the other questions.
Computer / Connection:
I have a pretty decent computer and Ive never had any issues with high ping or fps wise.
Addons/UI:
Elvui. GTFO , DBM , weakA , tellmewhen , Exrous , EPGP , RCLootC , Angry Assignments , Skada.
Other Games:
Used to be a top player in Ireland for Sc2.
Played Csgo and LoL quite well before WoW.
Why Iron Edge?
I want to join a solid guild that looks to clear all upcoming mythic raids.
What can I offer Iron Edge?
I can offer a solid and committed player who thrives to succeed. I am always improving and enjoy seeing the guild progress through end game content. Also dankest memer in Ireland some might say.

I would have liked to see a bit more effort put into the application. An essay is not required but just a bit more of a structured application would be nice, especially in the class/spec section as I find what you have written lacking as there is no discussion of talents chosen, reasons for them and when you might switch to different ones for different situations.
That said, I am quite impressed that you have only started playing WoW this expansion but had multiple clears of EN Mythic.
Could you please provide a screenshot/some logs to help bolster your application?
We currently have 3 demon hunters on the raiding roster. How do you feel about competition/being on the bench?

The reason to why I didn't speak about talents is because there is only 1 set path at the moment for demon hunters, it never changes on any kind of content.

These are my EN M logs, I'd like to mention to why my Ursoc one is gray and that is due me being badly geared the first 2 times I killed and the next 2 times when I did have good gear I managed to die in both kills.
Regarding the 3 demon hunters. I feel that in house competition is good and healthy as long as it's kept fair, if the other demon hunters are out performing me I have no problem sitting out until I get my chance again. I also pushing for 54 traits on my DH and will hopefully achieve that soon and then will start pushing for high traits on my MM Hunter and I will be willing to reroll if the guild needed that class. I care more about the progression of the guild instead of progression on my Characters.
I would also like to point out how I am 37th on Mythic + score for DH on Kazzak and 66th for AP.
I hope to push both into the top 10 as I will start to have more time now.

Hey Seshmoth,
your app is a little short, but still decent. Sadly 3 demon hunters are a heck of a lot and I cannot justify bringing in a fourth one, so I'll have to decline your application. Hunters aren't really in need either.
