Personal Info:
Alessandro, 29, first spawned in Palermo (IT), living in Rome (IT), I'm an IT consultant, even though I have a bachelor in Diplomatic Sciences and a master in Digital Communications, Media Studies.
I like reading about tons of different things, computers, and playing videogames with others (otherwise I wouldn't be here typing I guess).
Class/Spec:
Playing Affliction because I wanted to try a caster that felt different from the typical "mage" style (shooting by chain casting stuff).
I really don't pay that much attention to what's OP, and ofc I don't just decide something purely based on that. I guess it was just time to try playing warlock this time.
Alts:
I currently don't have alts on Classic WoW.
Professions:
Tailoring/Enchanting, still leveling up (300+).
Raiding/PVP Experience:
Started playing back in the vanilla days and up to the end of WOTLK, after that it was more of a casual playstyle.
When a new expansion was released I pick it up at launch with my brother and a couple of friends, do the content that's doable without a guild and then abandon it before the next big patch/expansion.
So raiding experience up to WOTLK, after that it is more sporadic, did some stuff but I'm aware of tactics even for fights I never experienced first hand being just a casual player.
Nothing worth mentioning from the "competitive guild" stuff scene, but once in vanilla our guild decided it was a good idea to steal the Kazzak kill from a horde guild on site and ready to pull, chaos ensued ofc but we did it, it was an unwritten Realm First of idiocy for sure.
Previous Guilds:
Angeli Ribelli, guild broke apart for the expansion TBC.
Acheron, mostly because lots of people stopped playing around the same time.
Never actively wanted to join a guild after that, except for portable bank, heartstone cd's etc.
Availability:
I'm available during the weekend (sat-sun), and after 17 during the week (mon-fri).
Communication:
Yes, Sure and Yep.
Computer / Connection:
It's a pretty decent computer, built it myself with my brother's help. I'm living in Rome, except for the random unplanned outages internet connection works smoothly.
Addons/UI:
Using the default UI at the moment, now that I have hit level 80, I will need to setup DBM, damage & threat meter, and something to keep track of my DoT's and buffs as well as some "quality of life things" like bags etc.
Other Games:
I do enjoy every kind of game. Strategy, Indie and Bullet Hell games are among my favourite genres.
Why Iron Edge?
To play with you! Also because I've heard you'll approach this expansion in a "Casually Serious" way and I'm up for it.
What can I offer Iron Edge?
My knowledge of the vast world of warcraft, all the warlock's buttons I can press and my company.
Where did I hear about Iron Edge?
I've heard about you from Nriver (my brother) and Tyssar, I've also had the chance to see you doing Raids a couple of times through my brother.
