Well this is gunna be a long application
for starters my info about me.....

Raid times .........
i am able to raid every day / weekend except for 4 days mon-thurs every calendar month so that will give me above 85% attendance i think.
i dont leave early i very rare go afk and if i had too would inform my cl when i do .

ok thats the formalitys now i guess its the hard part , i dunno where to start except maybe to sorry to any ppl within ironedge that i may have upset or even Letdown over the the last few months, there really isnt much i can say to my behaviour especially for someone my age and the position i hold in rl.
back in July i had a promotion into a managers role that was very demanding in my time and my energy and for a while i was having rl issues that some ppl couldnt even imagine, rl presures in my work started to have effect on my marriage and home life and by Oct i started to burn out and Let the guild in a way that doesnt reflect the entire truth , my kids actually started playing wow and my Daughter played alot of Lego and thought it was normal to ress at the Gy and i never noticed until i was 200g down :P. anyway i looked for help in Rl and sought it many ways my workload was reduced until i could settle in ( which i have now ), my rl started to look normal , hell i even bought a Puppy , i went through a time where i switched alts mains and all kind of shite to try and fill in some kind of gaps that i thought i was missing out on , i joined Fallen through Macha and FiliBlinkWipe and raided a little on Hunn and pretended that my Wow life is going ahead but the truth be known it wasnt the same , you see although in a way that cant be writen down wow isnt wow unless its in IE i never really knew how Hc i am until i tasted it through another guild , and to clear up any confusion i joined Fallen on Lego because of FiliBlinkWipe and raided 1 time on Raggy only.
This Game and lets remind ourselfs its only a game isnt worth playing without you guys i have some ups and downs and done things i regret to understand this for now all i can do is make this application and hope and prey that it leads somewhere if not then i am not sure what i am going to do but will prob just chill until and make a BubbleBoy in Tbc who knows..
i feel i really need to say sorry to a few ppl in paticular like Delling maybe Tyler other Officers of ie maybe the explinations i offer dont cut it with you then thats ok i want this application to be as honest and open as possible even if its a open forum.
i have come to realise that the biggest problem i have had in wow so far is the ability to create alts , i play alot and if i am not raiding then i need to stay stimulated ingame and i did that through alts and this has been my downfall , i am currentlt persuade Blizzard to move shredder to Talf account and i would consentrate on Lego only if accepted in raids in pvp in whole except maybe grind gold but thats it.
if this application is denied then that shall be but i want to applie as a raiding druid if not then a standby druid for whenever needed and i will earn a raider rank that way.
for a selected few ppl in guild it will be hard for me to inject trust back into your beliefs about me but this is a task i will overcome and enjoy in doing so.

well read the above its only ironedge its a word its a community its a way of wow life.
what can i offer .......
an experienced Druid with high attendance and always comes potted up also loves to fish in his festival dress

i could put plenty of names down here but i wont instead maybe if you like me as a player as a person then you will vouch for me in this application.

it takes a big man to admit when he has done wrong it takes a bigger man to accept his mistakes and try to make up for them for those i upset i deeply am sorry and ask that you give me a chance to prove and earn the trust i once had and at the point be truthful with me and let me know so i my lay my dowts to rest .

What can I say.. You've been around in IE for a while and you did really earn my respect and trust through your actions here..
I never got any direct information about why you left, except for what other people said. Good to know, and if there's a reason for taking a break you sure as hell had it.
Would love to see you back in the guild mate, wishing you all the best with your application.

I don't know what happened, and I can't exactly help you with the HC part of things, I can however vouch for you as a player I would 5-man, 10-man, 15-man, 20-man, 25-man etc. with in any instance, any day of the week. I always enjoyed playing with you mate, and I hope you get another chance. Then maybe I can get to level a bit with you in TBC. I vote for Lego the battle-poet in /g.

Well, if it means anything my most persistent stalker performed admirably in Fallen. He raided a lot, he kept cool, did his job perfectly and tried to give guidance to the other players. To top it off he always had a great attitude - he's got my respect. He was invaluable to Fallen so it's a shame he'll be leaving them. On the other hand I would very much enjoy raiding with him again. Of course, you guys already know how good he is ;)

Did you sort your RL issues out? Are they just gonna bubble up again? Is this going to happen every 6 months when you neglect some RL things?
It's not probably my place to pry... but you really shouldn't be playing this game hardcore if you mess things up in RL!

Seriously. I would love to have you back into the guild! You are a great player and would certanly be a great druid to have around in raids (for those who do raid :P ), but most of all you are a great guy and you have been missed greatly!

I think there is no need to make comments about your gear or put your skills and experience in question.
People sometimes make mistakes and wrong descisions which can have a serious impact on other people surrounding them. You usually realise such things when it's a bit too late and when only last thing left is to be sorry. I hope you have your real life under control now. But you've realised you did something wrong and now coming back with apology asking us to give you a chance to prove, that you have your spot in the guild. Couple of months back you gave me a chance to become something more then non-raider and casual member and consequently gave me a chance to become what I am now. I think it's my turn to give you a chance to prove your place in Iron Edge. Though I will consult it with other officers as well, as I think this matter concerns more than just a druid recruitement, but seeing replies to this application so far, people want you back.
MORE TO OUR TREE ARMY!
P.S.: I cant possibly let you make a BubbleBoy, that would be a torture.

just to answer your questions Dell.
Rl issues are something that nor i or any Hc/Semi Hc /Casual or member of a SRGPPH can foresee and nor can i but what i can say is that over the last few months my Rl has become stable again , as you may or may not remember back in June i was made redundant from a 15 year job that i was in comfort zone , and from having the weight of the world on my shoulders for a short time before i got offered the role i'm in now (which i was lucky compaired to a few others i worked with) which was at the start extremely stressful and demanding but i have stabalised that now and would even say that i am in the comfort zone in this job which has settled my other rl down .
i have definatly learned a great deal other the last few months things that i never realised i needed to learn or had an issue with and have become a more relaxed and open minded person who before would deal with everything before asking for help as that was the way i was.
i actually cant see any problems on the horizon but nor can anyone else until it happens but if a day comes that they do arise then i have learned to not be so rash in my reactions before i make decisions.
all the cards on the table here Dell i know out of everyone in the game and the guild its YOU i have to try and inject some sort of faith and trust back into , if you give me that opertunity i will do it Lego style if not then i respect you decision .
as for decision to hardcore well thats what i am thats what you are , we cant change that as thats what makes the game fun and enjoyable , i wouldnt want to play this game if it wasnt hardcore as its the only way to fly!!!
so many kind words and i thank you for them like i said i was kinda mixed up and twisted around before but through various things i'm on the straight and narrow its your decision. you want a raiding druids , thats me , you want a geared up druid , thats me give me the chance to win back some pride and earn what i lost .
ps whats the Cumeister thing Nox has got going has this replaced the PhewPhew lazer

I'm not gonna RP some psychologist and give ya suggestions about RL, if u claim its sorted I will trust u on that. Though I was very dissapointed and felt betrayed I support ur application cause I am fund of u treehugger and so far all of our rejoiners that came back after a while gave us a great pleasure by doing that. Hope to see ya soon in /g and Talfor and puppy!

as for Talf hes in a good place at the moment there is liek 3-4 10-11 yr old in Fe with him from around where we live , they have like Rl events like going to cinema and stuff , infact this saturday is sleep over at Lego's house for 3 off them guess i'll buy them loads of crap and coke and leave them to a all nighter in my Pc room.
he does talk about loads of ironedge guys alot especially Nach/Dell/Smor/Tyler and misses you loads but hes happy just messing with his little grp and off course using Exploits in Wsg on my bloody Char ( Read dunemaul ) Kidss!!!!!!!!
