I am applying for the main raid.

Personal Info:
My name's Hasan, I live in Germany and am working in an airport. I'm addicted to this game for over 12 years by now.
Class/Spec:
I'm a DPS main but also very like to tank - but I rather tank M+ than in raid, however if required I could substitute a tank for an evening etc.
But I prefere DPS way more.
The Monk class as DPS is really useful for raid atm since it brings the Mystic Touch debuff (5% phyiscal dmg) but in addition also brings 4% avoidance and 8% healing received buffs for allies in 10 yards. In stacked fights or for the melee camp in general I imagine this will be very beneficial. If movement is important there is also the Windwalking talent which buffs close allies with 4% movementspeed.
To improve my DPS and parsing at least 85 (or above) I like to look on Warcraftlogs what the best players are doing differently than I am - are they holding a CD longer to burst in a specific phase, what openers are they using etc.
Alts:
During DF I will play WW Monk, Enhancement Shaman and Warlock/Mage.
Professions:
I will probably go for leatherworking and skinning for the mythic raid level items.

After CN I had not much time to play seriously, but that changed now and I want to play in an organized group again.
Previous Guilds:
Xore - Eredar, I want to play on international servers, that's why I switched from german server to Kazzak.
Availability:
I'm available in the afternoon - evening.
Communication:
I speak English and am not too shy to give my input during raiding.

No problems whatsoever.

DBM for timers and warnings.
Weakaura for tracking buffs and also for the raid WA packages, I like to personalize the warnings with WAs.
Plater, best use for raid is probably changing the color of the nameplate in aoe fights with prio targets.
Other Games:
At the moment I'm playing Legends of Runeterra and especially Marvel SNAP. I love card games.
Why Iron Edge?
I want to raid in a organized group without drama and I think an old guild liek IE is perfect for that.
