dont really know who this guy is, he whispered me earlier this morning asking if i could invite him into the guild.
i explained how he would have to write an application to enter and gave him the site after he said he wanted it.

To me you don't seem very interested in joining, since we haven't heard anything from you yet. I also think this is a very weak application.
And your friend, assuming he is in the guild, is not commenting either which I had hoped he would.
So I'm going to decline this application, but goodluck finding a guild. :)
