Hello, Iron Edge!
I am applying for the main raid.
Character: Quelind

Class/Spec: Rogue (DPS)

Personal Info:
Luke, 21, Lithuania, student.
Class/Spec:
Sub is main, 381, Sin is secondary, 385. Both are pretty equal, I sim 700+ more dps on sub though. Trying to go sin main sub secondary, will do after they start simming closely.
I use raidbots after every single item to see how my stat weights shift. Currently for sub it's :

I always check for what I can or cannot soak with cloak in the raid tier.
For aoe I use ravenholdt advice, that is mastery > crit (for sub).
Alts:
Fire mage 378 ilvl.
Professions:
Alchemy/enchanting, so I could supply myself with raid supplies more efficiently and if I need something in a raid I can make it.
Raiding Experience:
11/11 M antorus, top 500 guild.
4/8 M uldir, took a break till 8.1 after I helped my guild kill Zul.
Previous Guilds:
Deus Ex, I left to reroll to horde.
Availability:
During raid times always. Usually available most evenings and weekends, my uni has a daytime schedule. Exam times - January and June, if I'm not needed I might ask to sit out for a week or two during then, but I'm always here since I study near my PC.
Communication:
Yes to all.
Computer / Connection:
Everything is fine, no disconnect or fps issues.

I mainly use weakauras since it's simple to setup anything I want. I have all the rcloot council, exorsus raid tools, angry assingments and etc.
Other Games:
League of legends.
Why Iron Edge?
I like the firm grip you (seem) to have, I hate when guilds are disorganized and lack any leadership. I like clearly knowing who I should talk to for which issue and the person actually would be helpful. I like not having to ask around the guild to know who the raid leader is.
What can I offer Iron Edge?
I'm a good rogue and have the drive to improve. I know where to look, how to interpret warcraftlogs data, how to look for my mistakes and where to improve.
I love chit-chatting with guildies, getting our weeklies done together. I'm not afraid to be called out for a mistake or to have to sit if the raid leader asks me to.
