I am applying for the main raid.

Alex; 25yo, Russia; english speaking (a little);
Work shifts at international outsource company.
Saw your post on forum and your RT is applicable to my timezone (UTC+3).
Class/Spec:
Full draenor as encha, a bit legion as encha. Now as elem fully, 400 ilvl, 40 heart.
Crit/haste are most valuable.
Rotation depends on encounter, as talents do either.
For all bosses BDA it is general (2312322) but for Mekka i'm using 2311332 in case of freq movement.
M+ builds and rotations are also depends.
Alts:
In case i'm migration from Ru Alliance realm to another Horde one - it's not an option to fulfill.
But I have balance(pve) and awarr (pvp).
Professions:
Alchemy/Herb
Cauldrons, you know
Raiding Experience:
Mostly HC, but a bit mythic progress also takes place.
Draenor curves, as I remember. (playing on official server since Pandaria's end)

Last static has been disbanded by RL initiation bcuz our squad was changing every 2 weeks (some1's leaving, some1's coming, you know). It's annoying :( Finally huge part of raiders left and we decided to disband it.
Availability:
I work shifts 3/3 days then nights.
Timezone I've mentioned prev - UTC +3 so that means +2 to server time.
All other days im not working night shift I can attend.
Communication:
I'm not proficient but can listen and adapt.
Mostly using discord but it's not a problem to DL TS3 or whatever else.
Computer / Connection:
55-60 FPS in New Dalaran during traffic jams.
About ping on Kazzak - IDK, im not here. :( but on Gordunni it's good.
Addons/UI:
Zperl, Bartender, DBM/Bigwigs, Tidyplates, Exorsus Raid Tools (used it during Hellfire Citadel conquest), Hekili and few cosmetic ones.

I appreciate the effort you put into this app, it probably wasn't easy considering your background.
I am very concerned about your English capabilities though. I don't know if that's a bridge we're going to be able to cross, since we are a group that relies very heavily on people speaking.
