Personal Info:
Hello, my name is Jo I'm from Norway and I'm 21y/o.
I currently have an internship in IT so I work as an IT-consultant I guess.
It's a full time job, everyday except weekends from 08:00 to 15:30
Class/Spec:
I play mostly DPS but I tank alot in M+
I started playing DH in Legion and instantly loved it with the high mobility and overall design.
I've always mained DPS in raid and volunteered as off tank or as a 3rd tank if ever needed.
My current ilvl on DPS DH is 444 bags and 438 equipped with the Benthic pieces.
My tank DH is roughly the same with all 450 azerite pieces.
Have a Blood DK aswell that I use for M+ only and currently working on a Monk tank.
DHs loves crit and versa, with the azerite trait that gives you haste on eye beams make it so you need less haste in your overall stats.
I have a rotation priority list, its kinda simple so I have it all in my head and it helps having Weakauras.
Blade dance > chaos strike
DHs so famous for being the 2button class so I think I've mastered my 2buttons very well.
I use raidbot to sim ALOT, I'm always trying my best min/maxing and researching to get better.

Professions:
I have Enchanting for the disenchanting, piles up alot of money when you do alot of M+
My 2nd profession is alchemy, I have most of the potions I need for myself at rank 3 and because it gives my flask 1 extra hour :)
Raiding Experience:
I've always played as DH DPS since I started playing on Antorus release in Legion.
Antorus 6/8M (Highly Refined Pirates)
Uldir 5/8M (Insight)
EP 4/8M (Average Players)
Previous Guilds:
Highly Refined Pirates is the only guild I've ever left, reasoning was because I wanted to raid with my IRL friends.
Insight had some drama between the officers/GM and ended up disbanding mid tier.
From the time window between Insight and Average players I didnt play WoW much.
I started playing again a few weeks after EP release and joined Average Players, the guild slowly died and with the release of WoW Classic people stopped showing up to raids and would rather play classic.
After Average Players I took another break due to how hard it was to join another group mid tier.
Availability:
I work 08:00 to 15:30 everyday, sometimes I have days where I work to 9PM but those days I can change according to the raiding times.
Communication:
I speak fluent English and have Teamspeak available.
I have a perfectly functioning microphone and yes I use it.
Its pretty hard to start talking right away when you join a group that consist of 19 strangers but with some time I'll be comfortable enough to talk :)
Computer / Connection:
I have a pretty good computer, never had any issues or lag while raiding in WoW.
I have Fiber so download/upload is 200/200.
I never lag but sometimes my network shuts down its very rare though.
Addons/UI:
Weakaura, DBM.
Weakaura: tracks my cooldowns, also can be used to so much more like boss mechanics.
DBM: Boss mechanics.
I don't have any screenshots of my UI right now since I'm not home but I'll post it as a comment later today.
Other Games:
I do play alot of games but not recently.
I played League of legends peaked top 100 challenger EUW. Currently preseason so I'm not playing.
I play abit of Osu from times peaked #200 world.
Started playing abit of apex legends and csgo.
Why Iron Edge?
I believe you guys a good guild with a great community and proven that you can achieve cutting edge consistently.
What can I offer Iron Edge?
I can offer a very tryhard player.

I searched on wowprogress for guilds looking for DH.
Last Words?
I believe I'm a player with huge potential, with the right raiding team.
I've always been a competetive player and try my best to improve and be good in whatever game I play.

Can you expand on your previous guilds please?
3 guilds in 4 teirs is alot. Would Iron Edge be your guild for 8.3 before moving on?

My first guild was in Legion, Highly Refined Pirates I left after the end of antorus tier to find a raid team for me and my friends.
Me and my friends joined Insight(Arabic guild) on BFA release and raided Uldir with them, throughout the tier there was alot of drama within the guild and officers and they ended up disbanding the guild.
Took a break after Insight, skipped Crucible and BoD and made a return for EP release.
Ended up joining Average Players(Also an Arabic guild) for EP, we cleared 4/8M and that was the point when Classic got released and people wanted to play classic instead of raiding time went on and we stopped raiding completely.
I stopped raiding since it was hard to find a raid team that could fit me and my friends, took another break.
Now I'm looking for a guild alone and want to get cutting edge.
One of my friends were arab, that's why I joined the Arabic guilds but other than that I don't really understand arabic either, so its better for me to find an English guild.
8.3 is next tier? Yes that was the plan

You're loving the Arab guilds! Where is your friend now? You guys not playing together anymore?
What about Shadowlands? Would you be looking to be settled in Iron Edge for a long time or leave for another guild? Raid with your friend maybe?

Arab people are funny.
My friends are still playing WoW, I've decided to join a raid team alone easier that way and better.
We still play together but its mostly M+.
Shadowlands is the next expansion, I'm pretty sure I'll stick around if the guild doesn't break first. Not implying that this guild will break, looks like a solid one.
I feel like I'm a very loyal guy, only guild I ever left was Highly Refined Pirates. The other 2 just died.
