Hello!
My name's Žan and I'm 23 years old mechanical engineering student. I live in the east part of Slovenia and currently have decent amount of time to play mostly WOW, some other games aswell.
I play wow for it's dungeon, but mostly raiding experience. Have already played back in the Cataclysm on some private servers, got retail Shadowlands now and I'm enjoying it.
Class/Spec:
I'm playing MM hunter because I like being able to walk and cast most of the abilities. Main spec MM, off spec BM, but rarely using it. iLVL 208 with both specs.
I prioritize crit-->mastery , decent amount of haste, rest versatility
Alts:
I do not currently play alts.
Professions:
I'm using alchemy - Flasks last longer, decent money maker (atleast it was at the beginning) and
leatherworking. I believe I don't own any special recipe.
Raiding Experience:
I've played hunter since the beginning and stuck to it. I was raiding WOTLK and cataclysm mostly and boy have things changed since. I cleared both raids HC. Currently 10/10 N and 9/10 H.
Previous Guilds:
I was a member of "Big Deekz" mostly because I was invited into the guild at the beginning of the expansion. Leaving the guild because there's no social part.
Availability:
I'm available during the whole day, mostly during the evenings (GMT+1 timezone evenings), am not working at the moment. Exams comming during february, but should still be free during the evenings
Communication:
I believe I speak and understand decent english, I do have Teamspeak and discord and I have a microphone and am using it.
Computer / Connection:
Just built a new computer, don't have any fps issues. I have a solid 120 mbps downstream, no problems with upstream aswell, ping is decent and stable. I personaly don't lag and don't disconnect during the game.
Addons/UI:
I'm using Ajour to update all of my addons (switched from twitch)
I'm using DBM - keeps track of attacks to dodge, soak, interrupts etc.
WeakAura - Better positioning of key abilities/spells to track
Exsorsus Raid Tools - To track all abilities incase needed
Raider IO - for progression tracking
ElvUI - to customize my UI
Details - damage/heal etc. meter
Other Games:
Besides WOW I mostly play Rocket League, League of Legends, Path of Exile occasionaly, some other games aswell.
Why Iron Edge?
I'd like to join Iron Edge to be a part of the raiding team and community that helps each other out.
What can I offer Iron Edge?
I believe I would fit in a raid group and progress the raids aswell as help out any other players if needed with dungeons, reruning even if I wouldn't need gear, professions.
Where did I hear about Iron Edge?
Good friend of mine from the real life, that we know each other of since we were kids, Nejc (Walithria)

He's a close friend of mine and fun to have around. Doesn't have much Mythic experience but is a quick learner. On the exp note atleast he is playing a hunter so it's not like he can mess up on rotation.

It's always nice to see friends of IE-ers coming together.
Unfortunately, all of our raids are quite full and even with some people in queue.

my goal is to do mythic raid progression, to be a member of main raid if/once there is space.
I'd be willing to accept social spot now and hopefuly join raid team soon after.

As Xorm Said we always want Friends of IE-ers
and you were in my Super Casual Normal run so that is a Plus :)
But take note that
1. there are 3 Raiding Groups in IE and none of them are stepping stones for another raiding team
(so if you will get a spot in Weekend Raid you will be expected to continue there and not just till a spot is found in the Main Raid)
2. At the moment this Expansion is PACKED with old members coming back, new people applying and almost no leavers.
we expected some fall off during first month but instead we actually got More people back
I doubt you will have a spot before 9.1 and even then its not sure
(Main raid still has 40 People)
just want to make sure you take that into account .

I misunderstood and thought you have a ladder system. In that case I would rather wait and join the main raid group if/when possible.
Considering that you said raids groups are full, should I write an application to the main raid?

Sorry for the delayed response, but the situation we are currently in is as stated previously, we are quite packed for every role when it comes to the main raid and I expect a considerable amount of time to pass before we are able to recruit again. The offer from Xorm as a social in the guild still stands as friends of IE-ers are always welcome, but if you wish to pursue another raiding guild then I wish you the best of luck :)
